I live in Oklahoma and also saw the same ad to make $2395 month guaranteed and also in the same ad they were hiring for a receptionist. I applied for the receptionist position and the same night was hired. Went in and worked and then 2 weeks later asked when we would get paid. The manager said I dont have it right now, but we have just made a sale and when that money is deposited I will have your money. I waited another week and then was handed 1/4 of what I was owed and he said that "he would have to owe me". I quit the next day and have been fighting to get my money.

In the process of me working there, I saw many come and go because of the empty promises. I remembered asking the manager one time about his salespeople and the promises of pay that he had told them about if they went on at least 60 appointments that they would get paid the $2395, I asked that if not one person sells anything how did he plan on paying them and he said "I will just have to owe them too."

There was also another lady that had worked and was paid with a check that had bounced and she had a hard time getting her money back for that also.

What they fail to tell you duing these unpaid training sessions that is if they dont get paid you wont get paid either.

Their product may be a good product, which is very very expensive, and if you have any problems with it, which I encountered with previous customers, they (the owner) will avoid any which way to pay for damages. The owner is great at passing the buck and not dealing with any of these problems.

I just want my money, I have filed with the Department of Labor, which turned up nothing because they are not willing to go the extra mile for something that might take a little while. I am currently trying to get the problem out to the public, starting here and moving on to local newspapers to get the name out there so that hopefully they wont get any new employees.

I want what is owed to me and that is it. I tried being nice and waiting and they have avoided me. This may not be a scam but they are not totally honest with you either.

Just beware if you see this ad, you will not get what you are owed unless you are a great salesman and can sell an 8000.00 water system to someone.

After reading your article I felt compelled to respond as I have worked for this company for over a year and have never had any problems, let alone problems getting paid. I also have many friends who work for different offices who have never had problems getting paid either. As a representative of the company, my experience has been fantastic. As a matter of fact, I have moved my family from Oklahoma to Texas in order to continue my position with the company. As written in your title, you have listed each office as if they each owe you money. However, each office is independently owned and operated so the other parties are not responsible for any method of payment to you. I understand your disappointment in not receiving due wages, but you are incorrect to pass blame on the entire company. Next, you speak of the manager and the owner as if they are the same person. Again, these offices are independently owned and operated and after research the person you refer to as the manager was actually the owner of that office. That said, and after further research, your degrading comments in reference to who you referred to as the owner are incorrect. I have known the President of Aquafuzion and his family for over a year and have never witnessed the type of behavior or attitude you claim he projects. In fact, I have seen many instances in which he went beyond his call of duty in order to satisfy a customer. Not only that, he also took immediate action when notified of your situation and provided you what was owed despite the fact he was not responsible for any payment of wages. Eric Eagle was also reprimanded appropriately for delay of wage payment and no longer has ownership of any Aquafuzion. Although the Oklahoma office has moved to Texas. A FOX Services is certified to provide our customers assistance. This is a recognized company with a proven track record.. Also, the company does have insurance and any claim that has been made under Aquafuzion of Oklahoma has been taken care of by the insurance company and, as you know, insurance company's do work slowly.
