I definitely understand your frustration concerning the product that you recieved. However, had you contacted corporate Aquativa they would've given you a direct line to contact customer service. If you are still having challenges, you can contact A FOX Services. They are licensed to service Aquativa in the Oklahoma area. In response to Aquativa going bankrupt that is not a true fact nor did Aquafuzion buy out Aquativa. Aquativas contract ended in Oklahoma City and that is when Aquafuzion was formed. Gary Moore authorized Aquafuzion to service all of Aquativas products. As far as the pay, i have never been shorted money and have many friends in many Aquafuzion locations who have no complaints of not being paid. As a reminder, Jake, everyone who works with the company in sales is an independent contractor and work on commission only. They are not employees. You should be mindful to not make false claims of a company. With over 2000 customers, your claim that we mislead clients is furthest from the truth. It sounds like, Jake, that as an employee of Aquativa you may have had a negative experience. Aquafuzion has satisfied not only my needs but the needs of many others. Good luck in whatever you are doing. I wish you the best.

Covenant Air & Water is a manufacturer of water equipment, located south of Chicago. This individual WRONGLY states that he purchased a system from Covenant, that he was lied to about payments, and that he was lied to about cancellation procedures. Covenant Air & Water has NEVER sold any product to this person or ANY consumer in the state of Oklahoma. Covenant is a manufacturer of products that are sold by independent dealers around the country. This individual should target the company that he actually DID purchase the product from, NOT the manufacturer who has nothing to do with the sale, did not receive any money from this consumer, and has never met this consumer. No employee of Covenant Air & Water has EVER been to this consumer's house as claimed. This complaintant's story may well be true, but his headline is ABSOLUTELY FALSE in claiming that it was Covenant Air & Water, LLC. We therefore consider this posting to be both defamatory and actionable. It should be removed at once.

I just happened to glance through and I read your complaint. Consequently, I definitely understand your arguement. I worked for Aquafuzion for 6 months and if you ever need your product serviced, please call 405-463-3270 and ask to speak to the executive assistant. I forgot her name, but if she is still there, your service call will be handled asap. I know when I was there we serviced several brands and types of systems. As for Aquativa. I believe that company is owned, from what I gather from their website, by a few gentlemen in Bradley, Il. Good luck to you...

Obviously Rocky had a few more problems to report than Jeanne, but I'm pretty sure, as everyone in the water business is, the company told them to add salt of potassium to their brine tank every once in a while. If the brine tank didn't seem to be using salt, why didn't you call the company for service or call the company's 800 # in Bradley and speak to a rep at the corporate office? Then you would have gotten your problems solved pretty quickly. Use your head Rocky. And by the way...if you saw that stuff in the precipitation test, surely you would have understood that the system was removing it from your water so your house was better off than it was. Mgonzo

Rocky--I am an ex employee of aquativa. aquativa in bradley illinois is not the culprit in this situation. Gary Moore, the owner of the Aquativa facility is a stand up gentleman who has a ton of integrity and is very successful in many different business ventures. The problem is that Aquativa contracted the Oklahoma City office as what is called a "distributor" of the equipment for Oklahoma. This is not like a franchise. It is a LLC which is a small business. Anyone with the right amount of money can open one of these offices. Aquativa may have seemed to go "bankrupt" or that might be what they tell you, but i worked for albert bernal in aquativa and then noticed an ad in the paper months later, only to find out the same guy who ran aquativa is running aquafuzion. don't let them fool you. they are professional scam artists who make a living by scamming their employees and their customers. i would suggest the next time you talk to someone in bradley that you ask them who is supposed to be servicing the equipment in the oklahoma city area? i hope this helps.
