When an employee must be replaced/terminated for cause, it is really better for the company to get those employees to 'resign' than it is to 'fire' them. The latter opens many avenues for improper termination lawsuits. The resignation simply shuts off all improper termination lawsuits. So you have a colorful management parade. The question is, who is running that asylum? I have no idea how accurate all of your claims are (there are always three sides to any story) but few people have an imagination good enough to dream up your kind of story. Usually there is a higher authority who will sort the problem out once the situation is publicized in the newspaper or other media. (Hint)

The teachers caught having sex were allowed to quit to keep things quiet instead of them being fired. The City of Flint is just as bad as the Charter Schools. The City needs Leadership that are Men and Women of Integrity. Though hand join in hand the wicked will not go unpunished.

You don't work there anymore. Assuming your claims are valid and not disgruntled employee.... It would be better for the kids safety if you report this to the Michigan Department of Education, or Mayor, Congressman, Governor of the state, Department of Child and Family services or someone other than here.
