This is very sad! I am a general Manager of an Arby's in MIssissippi and I assure you not all Arby's are this way! I buy cases of gloves every week and my employees must always wash their hands and put on gloves after leaving the area, coughing, sneezing, or touching anything but food! Food that is old must be wasted immediately. This food could cause someone to get ill! The only way to keep food fresh is to fix less more often. Then your waste is much, much lower! Dot dates do no good if you do not waste the food when the time is up! These people need to be reported to the health department and to Arby's. Go to Arby's website online and leave a comment there! This is the only way to stop such business practices! Not only is this a bad business practice but it can and will cause someone to get seriously ill. it is your obligation to call and report this immediately!
