THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
We are beginning proceedings with law enforcement after being constantly jacked around and having our money stolen. DO NOT SEND MONEY BY WESTERN UNION TO THIS COMPANY! PAYPAL ONLY FOR A SAFE MEASURE TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY!
We have been waiting since April 17th 2013 for our goods for a hologram project we needed by a July deadline. THE SUPPOSED OWNER Mr. Chakraborty will give you excuse after excuse and not deliver your product.
Excuses include the following:
1) I was out of town in Delhi
2) Our internet was not working
3) Ravi Kumar will send your project out and follow up with a tracking number
Nothing is consistent with this company. They beg you to send the money for the project and then jack you around. They are being on a fraud watch I understand for many others that have been going through this. Its just a matter if time before they go down.
They have given false promise delivery dates to us several times and have not delivered on any of them. We in turn had to contact our clients and give them the runaround for months now.
We had other contracts which we will not be awarding this company. Our employees constantly called him by phone on the India timezone and he always insisted our project was being delivered and a tracking would be provided.
This is the worst service ever. There are many companies who would give you better customer service than this. We have since found others that will gladly do business in a professional manner.
We are beginning proceedings with law enforcement against this company so no one gets taken by these scam artists ever again.

This refers to your post, you have received the materiqals well in advance, and your person/staff also filed a false complaint at alibaba.com even after receiving the materials/holograms in spool form.
Your company followed us for more then months to place an order, and once the order had been confurmed we get the advances in installments that to gape of months time, where bwe lost trust of having customer like your company.
Even after receiving the orders/materials from us, never ever had the curtsey to widraw the false complaint being raised by you & your co.,
