""I purchase a car from this dealership and the total amount including tax title and tags is $24,364.51 i gave them an $1,864.51 Down Payment which brought my loan down to $22,500.00 now my finance company Roadloan.com try to cut them a check for $20,600.00 since they charge a $1,900.00 fee. now Archer Dodge was told about this fee on Monday"" As you wrote in your report, the amount remaining due for the vehicle is about $1900. Roadloans cut a check for $20600 instead of $22500. I wouldn't accept this either. The dealer is under no obligation to accept responsibility for any fee YOUR finance company presumes to charge for granting the loan. I've been purchasing (with financing) new vehicles exclusively since 1974 and I have NEVER had a financial institution assess such a fee on an auto loan. At this point, I'm not even sure such a fee is LEGAL for a consumer loan. Please explain who "roadloan.com" is an HOW they assess this fee.
