I purchase a car from this dealership and the total amount including tax title and tags is $24,364.51 i gave them an $1,864.51 Down Payment which brought my loan down to $22,500.00 now my finance company Roadloan.com try to cut them a check for $20,600.00 since they charge a $1,900.00 fee. now Archer Dodge was told about this fee on Monday December 29th 2008 the contract was signed Tuesday December 30th And then the car was picked up by me on Wed December 31st after 2:00 PM. See Archer Dodge does not want to accept the check roadloans is willing to pay they knew since the day they called cause Roadloand themselves told me that they had spoken to a Guy Named Jeff at archer Financing and they explained that to him on Monday. i don think I'm responsible for this $ 1,900. Roadloans says is not my duty to pay this either cause is a fee charged to the Dealer. Now Bart the General Manager wants either $1,900.00 or the car back i don't think i should pay this $1,900.00 this dealership is trying to scam me and i don't think now days is a good idea to be so ignorant and loose a 22k deal for $1,900. I cant believe this dealer is doing this to. Car sales are down and they are not willing to work out a deal.

""I purchase a car from this dealership and the total amount including tax title and tags is $24,364.51 i gave them an $1,864.51 Down Payment which brought my loan down to $22,500.00 now my finance company Roadloan.com try to cut them a check for $20,600.00 since they charge a $1,900.00 fee. now Archer Dodge was told about this fee on Monday"" As you wrote in your report, the amount remaining due for the vehicle is about $1900. Roadloans cut a check for $20600 instead of $22500. I wouldn't accept this either. The dealer is under no obligation to accept responsibility for any fee YOUR finance company presumes to charge for granting the loan. I've been purchasing (with financing) new vehicles exclusively since 1974 and I have NEVER had a financial institution assess such a fee on an auto loan. At this point, I'm not even sure such a fee is LEGAL for a consumer loan. Please explain who "roadloan.com" is an HOW they assess this fee.
