Ariel Cruz is someone who should not be trusted- job seekers and investors beware. I contacted Ariel Cruz(321.301.3328) off of a craigslist job posting(my mistake). I spoke with him briefly about a customer service position, which he claimed involved no sales, and was invited to show up for an interview the next day. I showed up the next day to his business suit, there was no one at the front to greet me so I just stood there until finally one of the girls who had been working there went and got him. He walked to the font and handed me a job application that looked like it might of been found online somewhere and printed out, or made 20 minutes before I got there. After filling out the makeshift job application, he told me to go sit next to and observe a woman that was working the phones. At this point I' am shock because he didn't give me an interview or bother to take my application(which I gave him, but I'm confident he didn't even look through). After a while, I realized that the woman I was observing was on her first day too, only after seeing Ariel Cruz yell and belittle her for about 45 minutes. I tried asking her questions but she informed me that she didn't really know what she was doing, shortly after, Ariel Cruz approached me and said "lets get lunch", to which I responded "sure". As we head to the parking lot he asked me where I'm parked, thats when I realized this guy didn't even have a car- in retrospect, this is the moment I should of just gone home and continued my job hunt. I drove this snake to the store to get a sub, and when we got back I informed him that I could only stay 2 more hours, because I hadn't planned to stay after the interview. He said it was fine because he didn't pay for training. I show up the next day for training(watch someone while they work), but find myself on the phone handling calls within 30 minutes of arriving to work due to lack fo personnel, and everyone quitting after their first day. Being that I was a quick learner, I was able to handle the calls fairly well, which I had to because there was no help. However there were distractions, one being Ariel Cruz on his cell phone shouting profanities and telling someone he is not going to "f******" pay them. Throughout my first day, I generate leads, which I esimate to have earned the company over $300.00, but I wasn't concerned with that because Ariel Cruz, the scum that he is, promised me 10.00/hr. I showed up the following day and worked the entire shift again, this time generating even more leads. My grandmother passed the day after, and he tells me I can take it off. Monday I show up to find out that he has changed everything, we were now outbound and got paid by leads. I was disappointed because I knew that day would equal no pay while we trained on the new program. During training, I was able to interact with my coworkers, and found out alot of them were missing paychecks. When we finally went live with the new program I immediately new it was a dead end after the first day. After resigning I realized why everyone was having money issues with Ariel Cruz. This guy cannot be trusted, I haven't seen a penny, yet I'm sure he made money of my leads. Everytime I call him he doesn't pick up, and I have left several messages. Just to get two days pay out of this guy I have to go through litigation and the department of labor. Investors and job seekers beware. I' am not writing this because I'm upset, and its not even about the two days pay(which I probobaly won't see) he owes me, but because I don't want anyone falling victim to this immoral snake of a human. If you decide to ignore this warning and he gets over on you, don't say I didn't warn you.

Sadly I never had the idea to look him up so I was also a victim of Ariel Cruz. Be aware that this person has a criminal record is a felon and acts as such in his daily activities. He knows how to use people that are in need and instead of giving you a chance to succeed he only uses you for his advantage. Ariel Cruz from Orlando Florida has been locked up in Tampa Florida if you would like to look him up.I wish I did before I was a victim of his scam. He will present himself as a family man, a Christian, a professional but he’s none of the above. That’s why he has never and will never succeed. But beware please he’s very dangerous he would do anything to take advantage and will disappear when is time to confront the situation.

I've never in this lifetime ever been even close to approached by the department of labor for non payment. It's funny you post this as anonymous as your comments are false. I've never been sued, never filed for bankruptcy, never had a loss on roi. Anyone who knows me knows that much. If you were let go there was probably a really good reason. Have a great life I know I'm doing pretty great as always.
