Arizona Department Of Child Support Court I WAS RAPED BY THE STATE OF ARIZONA Phoenix Arizona
My ex-girlfriend told DES that she didn't know who or where the father of our common child was, and she collected twelve thousand dollars of afdc, foodstamps, assistance, etc. So when she filed for child support against me after kicking me out, they wanted to take it to mediation, but i thought the amount of five hundred a month was too much money to pay when I was only making ten dollars an hour.
So we took it to court, where I was raped by a female judge and a female county attorney, obviously man-haters, The judge said, "Oh, we'll just dismiss the welfare charge against the mother" they then proceeded to put the twelve thousand dollars on my bill as "back-support" what a RIP! Then I told them my Intergroup insurance would cover my daughter's medical but they stuck me with a hundred and fifty dollar medical payment, and another hundred in daycare expenses. The mother lied her a* off in court so I wound up paying six hundred and fifty dollars a month for one child in support for three full years before I had it modified to two hundred and fifty a month when my other child was born with my current wife of ten years. This is a total scam, the state just wants its d**n money and they don't care who they screw over to get it!
If I could afford a lawyer I would sue this lousy state for it's heinous crime against me, I was an employee of the State of AZ for five years, and at the time of the court decision I was working for MVD. Another of this state's wonderful scams. I even wrote a letter to Jane D. Hull the governor of AZ at the time, and after six weeks she responded that she would like to help but it wasn't her area!
If not then WHO? I hate this state all the governors are corrupt, when I worked for MVD the director Russell Pierce's son was arrested for distributing fake licenses to his friends so they could all go to the bar together, unfortunately, my wife doesn't want to move to another state 'cuz her family is here, but I would leave in a heartbeat if not for her. This state sucks, get out while you still can.

i do agree that the initial child suport order was pretty high... however, i pretty sure u knew she was reciving food stamps, because u mention that she stated that she didnt know where the father was when u guys where together... so you knew....my husband had a similar situation... and he had to pay for the welfare she received...but that is like money that the state gives your child that they need, so you have to pay back what the state give your child, that is your responsability....if you had a credit card u pay back for it is not free money....same and specially with your children....when they ask for welfare it states in there that they will try to open up a case of child support to have the father, be the father and pay for his child needs..... you really need to know who you get with there is a lot of greedy people that dont care how they screw up as long as they get their money!... as for the state worker well they dont get paid enough for the load of work they have and you know because you work for the state...
