Arizona Pool Care and Remodeling Trespass and damaged pool without any permission and won't repair Mesa Arizona
I own a rental home in the Troon area. Used a company to clean my pool 6-8 months prior. They were not showing up so I called Robert, the owner and told him we had hired a new pool company and no longer was needing his services. He stop service and we hired a new pool company, Splash. They have been cleaning our pools for more than 6-8 months without any issues. One day my tenant calls me and tells me the pool man came up to the door and showed her a broken pop up cleaner head, which he said he broke and they would take care of it. I had no idea any of this was happening. Then a month passes and it still not fixed. My tenant then calls me and tells me the story. I call Splash, the pool company I am paying to service the pool. They do all my pools. They talked to thier employee and he states he never broke anything or went up to my tenants door stating he did. Puzzled, I call back my tenant and tell them, they still had a business card he left and retrieved it. It was a company I never heard of, so I called them and they told me that they had just bought this other pool company and we were listed as a customer. I explained to her we have not been with Robert a long time and had another company taking care of all our pools. I ask her if they could fix what they broke and she said she would get a hold of the repairman and handle it. This was two weeks ago. Last nite my tenant calls me after returning from a trip of a week away and states the pool never got fixed and all the water now was overflowing into the yard and patio. I called Arizona pool care back this morning and talked with the owner. He flatly stated they never broke anything and was not fixing anything. Asked me if I had a name of the pool an who worked for him, I said no and it's not printed on the business card we had gotten from him. He is arrogant, rude and refuses to fix what his own man clearly told my tenant he broke and would fix. Now I am stuck with pool repairs from a company that screwed up and was in my yard and cleaning my pool without any permission.
