Arizona Roomstore The RoomStore Failed to honor 5yr extended warranty Glendale, Arizona
I paid almost $2000 back in 2009 for a reclining sectional sofa which included the 5yr extended warranty. The brackets that support the foot rests have all bent to the point where you cannot put them back down.
Called for warranty service and they say that because there are some stains that it was customer neglect. Not quite sure how stains can affect the metal brackets. They used very weak metal for something that was supposed to have weight on it.
I would recommend staying away from the roomstore for any of your furniture needs. Even after paying extra for an extended warranty, they will do anything to avoid covering it in the future when it breaks. You can see pictures at www.arizonaroomstoresucks.com.
