I am an Army veteran who wanted to take his family around the United states after I came back from Iraq. We dipped into alot of our retirement to get a motorhome. I bought a lovely 40ft. from Barry with all his writing and promises of how he would fix anything wrong when delivered. What a lie.

We bought the motorhome and bought airplane tickets and paid for RV parking places ahead of time. Days before we are suppose to fly, Barry calls and says they are putting in new engine. We ate the cost because he said he would deliver. A delivery slip was filled out with the driver and sent back. Barry fixed a few items but balked at fixing the awning his driver signed was split on both ends.

We have spent one year of phone calls and lies. AT least his girls working there are nice. I threatened to go to the Mesa papers in June and got a phone call from Barry about fixing the problem. I guess we are still working the problem. I would encourage everyone out there not to deal with this organization. I am going to report to the BBB also. He already changed the name of his company.

Please don't but from b&dclassiccars or Arizonarvcenterinc as they are rip offs. This is from a veteran who put alot of his savings into a lemon and lies.

Jeff

Hello Garry !

Every now and then I google our company's name to check things out in the internet world. I just wanted to personally thank you for taking the time out to put your opinion out there. The world is a little ugly once and a while with mostly complainers taking time to vent - as they are entitled to do. I have never seen this site before so when I did find it, it was nice to see a friendly face. Sincerely, I hope you enjoy your new life style and I am thankful that you gave us your trust in helping you to achieve it.

Hello Jeff and everyone else !

As you say you bought a lovely 40' coach, we delivered it to you at our considerable expense after we had a brand new engine put in it, we fixed the few items as noted by our driver and the girls working here are nice. That' is all true and I am proud of all of that. Where things went wrong is that you never stopped trying to get us to pay for everything over the following year after delivery. The patio awning had some threads going loose at each end and I offered to have it resown as there was no tearing. You wanted a brand new awning and that was simply put not fair. Our BBB rating is A+ with no outstanding customer complaints. We paid for everything that you wanted to have done up till the awning issue which you admit. Your last demand was simply unfair. I thank you for your service and I thank you for your business but I believe I performed far and above most other RV businesses. As far as the name changes goes we seperated our car business from the RV business, that's all.

Thanks Barry Ferguson 480-694-3771

I am also a veteran, and my wife & I bought a beautiful 40' motorhome from Barry & Deanna in July of 2011. Barry picked us up from the airport, and while his crew took a couple of extra hours to prep our rig, it was delivered as promised and the delays were due to a miscommunication on our part regarding certain upgrades.

Barry followed through on his promise to help us with any problems, and went above and beyond our expectations when we stopped at his shop a couple of months later for additional upgrades.

Last week, we had a problem with the air conditioning units. Well, even though it has been MONTHS since we bought the RV, and even though all a/c units worked when we picked it up, Barry still helped us solve the problem.

I can't say enough good things about Barry and his crew. I'm a HAPPY veteran who received excellent service in 2011. I heartily endorse Arizona RV Center Inc, and hope anyone who reads this report will consider this alternative point of view.
