No need to elaborate... heres the reality

You buy a camera and never hope of having or needing support.

Then when you...you wait....you go through the process....and you justk now when these cheap amerian comapnies outsource it to pakistan or the Phillipines.

You can barely understand these people as they sound like there inside tin cans, nor can they understand you as you have to repeat everything not 2 time but three or 4.

What should be a 10 minute call at most turns you into a Netgear service tech employee HR person.

If your reading this you would have to be OUT OF YOUR MIND TO BUY NETGEAR PRODUCTS AS THEY DON'T GIVE A RATS a*s.

THEY HAVE AUTO REPLY ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA THAT TAKES YOU NO WHERE AS THEY DO ON THEIR SITE.

WORSE THAN WINDOW 98 IN PAKISTAN.  They need to hire seeing eye dogs to answer the phone.

LETS HOPE ARLO GO TO  HELL ARLO- COMPLETE A-HOLES TO DEAL WITH. PURE GARBAGE. ZERO CUSTOMER CARE.
