A.R.M. Solutions Contacting me via mail stating that I owe $19.99 for a movie that I rented on 10-14-2009. I returned this movie and I also had a specific membership that did not allow late fees with this memebership Camarillo, California
arm solutions contacted me about a late fee or movie that I dod not return. This is not true. I had a certain membership that did not allow late fees and I would not have been able to get additional rentals without returning the previous rentals. This claim against me is for a movie back in October of 2009 and I was never contacted until now 10-24-2012. the amount due is only for $19.99, but this claim is flase and I feel I should not have to pay for something that I do not owe, nor should my credit be affected.
