Aromatherapy420 Aromatherapy Scam! Sends fake devices! Won't refund purchase even after saying she will! LIAR! Woburn Massachusetts
Purchased a PAX herbal vaporizor for $199. When I recieved the device it did not work.
I tried contacting the company to get help but they would not respond so I ended up contacting Ploom the company that mfg the device. They checked the serial number of the device and informed me it was a FAKE device and to forward all info to them so they could go after the company selling the fake devices.
I forwarded the email from Ploom to Karen at aromatherapy and she finally responded saying I could return the device for a refund. I returned the device and about two weeks later I got the SAME FAKE device back in the mail. Again tried to contact and no response. DO NOT BUY from these rip off artists!
