Arrow Financial ripoff trying to collect a paid debt Niles Illinois
I have also recently been contacted by Arrow Financial and they are demanding I pay a debt that has already been paid in full. I have saved all paid documentation, and have forwarded to Arrow.
I am asking that all of you report Arrow Financial to the Attorney Generals Office for Illinois and request an investigation. Go to www.IllinoisAttorneyGeneral.gov and there is a form you can fill out online and print and send with your documentation - or you can file a complaint and send it online.
I have also reported Arrow to the Federal Trade Commission - search federal trade commission online, and go to their site. They also have a complaint form you can fill in online.
I am also writing to the news channels in Chicago asking for them to investigate Arrow for unfair business practices. I am writing ABC in New York asking for a investigation report on this company.
I am hoping that everyone writes to as many people as they can think of so that we can expose this company and shut them down. Thank You,

Give them the same courtesy they give the people they are trying to collect from. Call them at home, several times in a row, around 7:00 a.m., perhaps on a Saturday. Be rude, discourteous, refuse to identify yourself etc. Use a phone card so you don't have to pay the long distance fee. Show them how it feels.

Perhaps if you gave Paul a "friendly" phone call at his home he would take the steps to resolve your problem. Heck, if you are in the area you could even stop by his residence for a "friendly" visit to discuss the matter in person. I wouldn't think Paul would mind one bit if you contacted him at home on his personal time since Arrow Financial doesn't seem to have any problem contacting you at your private residence on your time.
