Are you serious?Your side of the story is really immature. Your company is a joke, your workers talk about drugs and you guys were going to get me a loan, that shows that my credit isnt horrible. The fact that you state, that i was hitting on the "fat guy aka Joe" is hilarious!! That is just, haha i cant even finish writing on that statement haha.
This company took advantage of me, moved papers quickly, rushed me into signing a paper, i was aware of what i had signed,. But the issue here is the fact that the contract i signed was not signed by anyone from the company, but there same copy of this paper was signed. This is FRAUD. It says on this paper that its not valid unless its signed by the company.
After this was stated to Keith Szelangowski, he looked at me and said in front of my parents and friend and his two staff members, WHAT MONEY>? What money?/ What deposit!! How cold and ignorant can a person be. This man is evil and his workers are his servants. These men took advantage of me, im a 26 year old college student with a part time job. I couldn't afford the deal they offered me with out a trade, and they still kept my money?
Who does that, do they really need that money? Are they really that bad off? Maybe that money went to his food that night? Im not sure but, i guess he needed the money more then i did. Cause with in the course of literally 6pm when they closed until 9 am the next morning, when they reopened. They had spent that 220 dollars! Wow!!! I have proof on paper and 4 witnesses. Along with the document with my name signed on it that he posted to the public, Not sure he knows that this is illegal!! Saved that for evidence as well!!!!
Keith doesn't want to give me my money back, then this company will see me in court. Im not a random person that they are going to mess with!! Ow, and look at all these complaints on google from this company!! Along with the Better Business bureau , if this information below isnt enough to proof to others how this company is? Then i dont know what is. O and as Keith states, Head down right now to there dealership to see for yourselves!!!
Happy reading!!! =D

WELL I WAS THERE AND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING KEITH IS MOSTLY LIES. YOUR PAPERWORK WAS FINISHED AND SIGNED AFTER THE GIRL LEFT AND WRONGFULLY DONE , AS YOU WILL FIND OUT IN FRONT OF A JUDGE. WE HAVE OUR COPY TO PROVE THAT. AND YOU DID TRY AND SAY THAT SHE NEVER MADE A DOWN PAYMENT. AT LEAST NOW YOU ADMIT IT. WE HAVE 4 WITNESS THAT HEARD YOU SAY THAT AS WELL AS AT LEAST TWO OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. YOU WERE RUDE AND YOU LIE. AND YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING IF YOU THINK THAT YOUNG PRETTY GIRL WAS COMING ON TO YOUR fat A** BROTHER JOE WHO IS GROSS.

First of all, I would like to state that: #1) YOU have never been to Arrowhead Motors #2) YOU have never talked to anyone at Arrowhead Motors #3) YOU have heard only one side of the story. With that being said, let me tell you the story from someone that was actually there and heard both sides of the conversation. Your girlfriend (who by the way was hitting on "the fat guy") agreed to purchase a vehicle here. Left a "non-rufundable deposit", a purchase and sales agreement stating that the deposit was non-refundable was signed by the customer. The next day, after we got her approved with horrible credit, had the car registered and inspected in her name, out front in the delivery line ready to go, your girlfriend came in 2 hours before she was to pick up the car with some made up story that her trade broke down the night before, and wants her money back? Not only did she sign stating that she understood that the deposit was non refundable, there are signs throughout the dealership stating that fact. All of this could have been avoided if she was truthful with you as well as us. If she didnt want to purchase the vehicle, she should not have said she was ready to purchase, and not left a deposit. Nobody forced her to leave a deposit, she did that on her own free will. Because we believed her that she was coming back the next day we spent money to get the vehicle ready for her. Unfortunately the money was spent....... Really, we should refund her her money? I challenge you to find another dealership that would have done anything different. I would like to invite anyone down to this dealership and see for them selves how easy buying a used vehicle should be, or like the author of this complaint can take the word of this guys story telling girlfriend.
