Bought a $35 "Kylo Ren" Star Wars backpack online from these guys. It was shipped from China a week after I bought it, and took almost 2 more weeks after that to arrive. When I complained about this to the store, the merely replied "please see the shipping policies on our website". That was terrible customer service (and you have to email them because there is no way to call them).
Then the real kick in the teeth came. This $35 backpack that my 5 year old son waited 3 weeks for, it wasn't big enough to fit on a cabbage patch doll. It's not much bigger than my hand!! Seriously, it's miniature, and my son was crushed. He waited so long for it.
Watch out for artbetinas.com, the appear to be peddling crap from China (directly from China) and over charging you for it. The product the sent me was absoulte crap. I wouldn't have paid $5 for it, let alone $35.
