Artisan of Texas Rip off, didn't finish job Houston, Texas
This company is a rip off. He was nearing completion of a concrete job at my home and it began to rain. He packed up his stuff and workers and just bailed. I actually had to call this phag to see where he was. To my surprise he actually answered and said "well it started to rain and it was hot as hell outside." He said he'd be back tomorrow to fix which of course he wasn't.
If you're actually dumb enough to hire this guy after reading this, make sure to provide him with cold lemonade and a portable A/C because it would be a shame if he was "hot" again while doing labor outside.
