A.S Company Absolute Space Company Non Payment of Compensation Butte City California
We signed a contract for receiving and shipping packages and was to be compensated a set monthly salary and was awarded bonuses for timely shipping of packages, of which I had 9 @ $25.00 each. Payment was to be made after 8/12/2016. I have called, E-mailed every one I had contact with and no will respond. The amount owed at this point is $2775.00 and we are in a nother month which $3250.00 will be due. If I don't get satisfication this week, I will be contacting Federal Authorities and instituting a Lawsuit of Breach of Contract. They seemed to be genuine during the vetting process and my attorney reviewed the contract before signing. They were responsive while I was shipping packages and called quite often or responded by E-mail when I inquired about packages. I still have a package that needs a label to be reshipped of expensive Pots & Pans from Macy's. I am at a loss as to what has transpired. At this point beware of these guys.
