If you value your time and money, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
My family wasted YEARS and THOUSANDS of dollars on these people, their whole "operation" is basically run out of a janitor's closet and is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever met.
First of, they will start off with an "easy" $5,000 fee to start your case, which will never go anywhere because they do absolutely nothing. Then, God willing you ever want to try to get ahold of them, because as soon as your money's in their hands, it's like they never existed. His only "reliable" (and I use that word sparingly with them) is his AOL EMAIL! They don't even have a website, a reliable phone number, NOTHING! This is basically like asking your friend to fix your TV for you, except you pay UP THE A** FOR IT!
After a few YEARS of wasting your time and promising that your "case is moving forward," that's when you'll need to pay another $1,500 here, another $3,000 there, and OH! your case is ALMOST DONE, we just need another $5,000 for this and that. AFTER you pay, you then find out that, actually, it's going to be a few more MONTHS, then months LATER, it turns into YEARS!
We dumped over $15,000+ on these charltans and got nowhere, I would of prefered to have just burnt this money in a firepit for the homeless, at least it would've done someone some good.
Roberto Fogelbach is the biggest scammer I've ever dealt with (and i've dealt with Blue Tax and a bunch of other scam lawyers) who is now "supposedly" a DOCTOR from a Mickey Mouse for-profit university in TIJUANA (WORSE THAN F****** DEVRY UNIVERSTITY OR ITT TECH!), and he's law degree is the SAME F****** THING!
His degree is from Trinity F****** Law School in Santa Ana, which has a bar passing rate of LESS THAN 15%! And, this is straight from THEIR Wikipedia which THEY wrote:
"At present Trinity Law School is not approved by the American Bar Association (ABA),[5] but it has a long-term goal of obtaining ABA approval."
THEY'RE NOT EVEN APPROVED by the American Bar Association!
If you're still reading this and deciding, just go ask your friend at the bar to take your case and do the paperwork for you for $2,000, you'll probably get a better result and save yourself the time and money. If not, just give it to the poor rather than these disgusting people that prey on the innocent.
