Fascia Blasters is totally a legit company.
I ordered mine on a Saturday and received it the following Friday. In fact, the emails showed tracking including a map of exact location updates until I received it.
I belong to their Facebook page and they are very active and responsive there.
Mistakes can happen, but judging from the other 80,000 members in their FB group, I think the great majority are positive experiences.

This report is false, which is why there is no information on the individual. We sell and ship hundreds of FasciaBlasters a day. Infact the product is so popular that we are often on back order, which we post on our shopping cart BEFORE YOU BUY. This claim is bogus. We respond to every single inbox for all social media outlets and we respond to every email. In case there is a real claim with an order number, a date, a name, then we could address this publicly. Without any information on this customer, I cannot provide proof that this is not a legitimate claim. When you place an oreder on line, many things can go wrong. If you order by Paypal and dont accept the request, the order will be created and not confimed. You can order and enter a wrong adress and the product get returned. We see emails like this Rip Off Report every single day and have to bring the customer into reality about the process. Our sales are automatic and are generated by the website and sent directly to our distribution center, there is little room for error if the customer enters their information properly.
