Ashley Dugger with Keller Williams Worst Real Estate Agent in Nashville. Deceptive, Lacking knowledge of the Market, DO NOT USE! Nashville, Tennessee
After personally listing my home with Ashley Dugger, I highly urge everyone to be cautious of this deceptive and unethical young lady. She broke every law known to man when listing my property.
- Never informed me when multiple offers came in on my home because she didn't want to share the commission. Come to find out She presented an offer from one of her buyers of $340k when I have documentation that a full priced offer of $378k and $375k were made.
- She told me that she had my best interest at heart but come to find out was only interest in obtaining my home for one of her investors so that they could bulldoze it!
- I was able to capture a conversation she had during an open house where she openly stated that the "home down the street was of far better value then this dump"
- I can't prove it but I had several valuable pieces of jewlery go missing from my bedroom after she came over to measure the property.
She will be sweet and compliment you in person, and trash both you and your property behind your back. Neighbors of Nashville, DO NOT allow Ashley anywhere near your home. The truth will come out and she will be banned from the Real Estate market all together for her deceptive ways. - Sylvan Park Resident

I would encourage this nameless person to submit documentation.
1. I have never, ever sold a house in Sylvan Park and represented both sides. Therefore, it is not even possible.
2. I have never represented a builder in Sylvan Park.
3. I would never steal. Period.
So continue to cower behind "Sylvan Park Resident" or come to the table with a real name, your MLS # that will show that I ever even listed your house. You cannot because it simply didn't happen.
