Ashley Furniture, Managers Randy Jones And Wyatt Ferguson Fired to cover up forgery scam of warehouse manager Ripoff Bryant Arkansas
I have been faithfully employed by Ashley Furniture in Bryant Arkansas for three years now. Wyatt Ferguson is the owner of the store and Randy Jones the uneducated warehouse manager.
In the company handbook an employee is awarded two weeks of paid vacation after they have been employed for more than one year.
I went to put in a request for my second week of vacation for the year, and was told by Randy Jones that I already used my two weeks. So he takes me to his office and shows me a request form that he filled out, made up some false dates, forged my name to, signed it and then had the nerve to think I would fall for his writing for my own.
I addressed my anger to him and told him I was going up to the manager to claim fraud. I did and they said that I was right, It was a fraudulent form and clearly not my writing.
They told me not to worry about it, that I would get my vacation and they would handle Randy Jones. Well two days later I was pulled in the office and fired; Excuse was "it's just not working out".
Three years and all of the sudden "it's just not working out" Come on the manager keeps his job and I get canned. hummmmm???
