I'm not surprised by the lack of professionalism that Ashton Danbury and Chad Kroeger have shown our firm in their response. This is just another example of the type of service you should expect; bad mouthing their customers for asking for a refund for lack of services. Steer clear of this marketing company, not only do they not stand behind their product, they have a ton of complaints on other sites including the Better Business Bureau. I wish I did more research before they took our money and provided us with absolutely zero results. Michael

First and foremost, not only do we know who this client is and have tried repeatedly to remedy the situation with this individual, it is sad that people use this technique to get a little publicity on Google. Folks, due diligence is not done in a 5 minute Google search. It says clearly on our website and all of our contracts, Mr. Zoli's included, there are no guarantees. This is no different than TV, Radio, newspaper, yellow pages, etc. Ashton Danbury Inc. is a professional marketing and consultation service, not a used car dealership with fine print. We recommend viewing the BBB, www.dm.bbb.org, and see that of the literal thousands of campaigns we have run there are but a handful of customers who have filed complaints. In every single one of those situations the BBB has determined we made a reasonable offer to remedy the situation. When a client realizes even the BBB has determined a refund is not warranted they disappear. We have never had a single lawsuit against Ashton Danbury, Inc. in our 3 years. We take our customer service very seriously and are proud of our track record in a difficult industry. We have personally reviewed Mr. Zoli's case and there were close to 1,600 calls made. We have no verifiable way to determine how many people showed up. We provided Mr. Zoli, like all our clients, a password and log in so they can watch the campaigns run in real time. We are as transparent as we can possibly be. At some point in time Mr. Zoli you going to have to realize that people don't care what you know until they know you care, Mr. Zoli you don't. There are many professionals in the insurance, financial and mortgage industry who use our service and find value in what we do. Call us and we will be more than happy to provide referrals.
