Ashton & Weinberg, Inc Threatening phone calls of legal action to my workplace and asking for my boss' name, when they call, anonymous appears on the caller id. Lincoln Rhode Island
Jim Maxwell and Thomas Gaines called me at my workplace making threats of taking legal action against me for non payment on the Genesis /Ashley Furniture account. The phone calls they make at my work place are anonymous. Thomas Gaines asked for my boss' name and contact information threatening to call him and make him aware of my debt and that he will sent someone personally to bring some legal documents to my boss if I dont call him back as soon as possible. They have always called my workplace stating that the phone call is been recorded. Yesterday, Jim Maxwell called my personal cell phone (no caller id) to demand payment and to set it up with a debit or credit card. I asked him to send me via email his statement in writting. I feel harrassed, nervous and scared of loosing my job due to this company harrassment.
