I sent back $300 defective DVR card, only to have it returned unopened, as repaired after jumping through hoops for weeks for a RMA, wich I got.Absolutly no product support.I bought a stand alone 8 camara DVR system to replace the card I was stuck with and the brand new unit has instructions that do not macth the equipment in factory sealed box. the unit will monitor only, mouse port works 30% of the functions, remote works another 30%, so Im left with 40% of a brand new, no macthing manual system that is useless. Trying any customer support ( read nonexistent) is an excercise in adding insult to injury.
This outfit will not support, repair, refund, warrenty anything they sell, and all but come right out and tell you " tough S__t" I also was polite, as I was not in a position to take this financial hit, to no avail.Lesson learned the hard way.
