AskChart.com I signed up for the free 2 weeks, but they continued to charge me for months afterwards. I have been calling for almost 2 months and have yet to receive a refund. All they do is put me off for a few more days. The company may actually be in India?? The customer service representatives sound as if I wake them from their slumber each time. Internet
I went a to a learning annex class that touted a few good websites for reviewing patterns in the stock market. I signed up at askchart.com for a 2 week free trial. I visited the site 2 times and realized there were errors on a few pages. I called to cancel within the trial period. After reviewing my checking account months later, I realized askchart.com had been billing me! I called and asked for a refund. It has been 1.5 months and they keep putting me off. There is always an excuse as to why they are unable to give me a refund.
Poor customer server, fraudulent 2 week trial, and a horrible website are 3 reasons why I am reporting this business.
Stay away from askchart.com.
