Complaint Review: AskNow / SpiritNow Psychic Scam - Largo, FL - Temecula, CA Internet

I've tried a few online psychic networks and the pay per minute companies charged astronomical fees for their services and the predictions never, ever came to pass. While reading reviews, I found a psychic network called Tarotti.com and they were not pay per minute and overall seemed affordable.

Unlike asknow.com, keen, kasamba and psychic source, none of the tarotti.com psychics beat around the bush, hem hawing and or jabbering on with irrelevant, unrelated nonsense, like the beauty of my turquoise aura and so forth, trying to take up my time.

The psychics I selected at tarotti.com went well over the purchase time and were astoninishingly brilliant and intuitive. I marveled at the level of accuracy and knew then that I was "home!" They are really great and I feel that I'd be lost without my Savantace. I have used the services of three different psychics at tarotti.com and I can sincerely say that I love them all.

I believe wholeheartedly that the company is honest, ethical and principled. Also, more importantly, every prediction made by psychic savantace, has come to pass. She's quite remarkable.

You're not kidding. I hold 2 degrees, have 2 other lucrative businesses that I run in my downtime and have been working for Circle of Stars (AskNow) for the past 3 years -until now. Gigi just finished one of her many rants with me, and to be honest, I'm more disgusted than you are. 

First, Gigi is the head and controller of everything. There's nothing she doesn't control about COS or Ask Now. It's her proverbial "baby." That said, she's also a gipsy. Her son plays the gipsy violin. But that is another story all together, and I digress... She just called me with her typical "What's wrong, why can't you get your mojo back?" Well, when I initially began with COS, she had me working tirelessly through 22 hour shifts -often longer. I'd logoff for a mere restroom break or meal break and be contacted by Gigi herself, on the inside of 15 minutes. This was often at the very moment I finally fell asleep after more than 20-28 straight hours of BACK TO BACK CALLS. Yes, back to back. There was never more than 3 to 5 minutes between calls for which I was paid a mere .20 cents per minute of the $8.99/per minute she was charging for my services.

Now on a related side note, COS has no overhead. She runs the business from her home in Temecula, from her home computer. She "purchases" our services at .20 cents per minute but resells said services to sites such as Ask Now, Spirit Now, Powerful Psychics and others for exactly 75% of whatever Ask Now (or whatever company) is charging. That also said, she maes a fortune. She manages (I say "manages," loosely as she's not productive at all, save bringing in her own revenue) 4 "Groups." Each "Group" consists of somewhere between 50 and 84 individual psychics. Of these groups, there is a last of which is made up of the 10 to 15 "Master Elites" (the top dogs who get all the calls.) 

Gigi controls the call volume. If she feels like you deserve to succeed, you will get back to back calls. If not, good luck. She tells you it's YOUR fault and compares you with other advisors whose call averages have nothing to do with your onw, as they're being fed more. Once, during one of her screechy rants, she admitted to being able to control the call volume and placement of psychics on various pages of the website. 

Gigi is not only a selfish business person, but she's also devoid of any moral character. When I had taken time off due to a personal matter, she "punished" me by not allowing me to logon. I recall receiivng several calls in rapid succession cut within 60 sec or less just prior to her calls to "empower her with something to complain about." Cutting 3 calls of mine in succession drops the call stats so she could have a complaint. She's also controled my call volume to where I was on call 20+ hrs with only $30 earned for the week for myself. She admitted: it's all or none. Feast or famine. You will either logon 24/7 and produce, or you will get nothing and fail. She's crazy, simple as that.

Gigi claims she has no control over Ask Now or that entity. This is untrue, it's her business. In Tampa, FL she runs other pay-per-call businesses which include sex lines. If you're unlucky enough to work at that physical office, you'll be on one side of the cubicle-filled building either doing live sex cam or on the other side as a clerk, desperately trying to convince Ask Now members to pay their chargeback (on commission.) If the customer pays, you get a lousy quarter. Yes, I have investigated this company and its parent company to great lengths. 

Basically, if you want to succeed as a psychic, work for COS for 6 months. Redirect each and every caller to your own website. Take your clients privately. Gretta Pontarelli is evil in every sense of the word. For God's sake, she's a stripper at 64 years-old. A simple Google search will show that...

When I quit asknow, I emailed the company the following letter:

 After the call I received Monday morning at 8:00 AM, by “GiGi” one of the employees of Asknow, I have decided at this time that I will no longer be offering my services to this company. After her lengthy, exhaustive scrutinizing, berating, belittling, screechy, rant, I was completely revolted, reviled and disgusted. If this woman worked in my employ, she’d be fired but I only keep highly qualified, extremely intelligent people on board my ship. She rambled on, without end, admonishing me and while she sees herself as someone worthy of advice, she’s tragically so far left of center that she isn’t anywhere near the playing field. First off, I’ve ranked # 1 several times over and have, for the most part, remained in the top 20 for the better part of the year. She must think I’m one real half-witted-retard, much like probably most of the underlings she oversees, but in my case, she’s nowhere near my league. When she phoned me at 8:00 am, bulldozing her way into my life, void of class, etiquette, charm or know-how, her first statement was, “What’s going on with you? What’s the problem?” Her once, somewhat attractive voice was now overshadowed by a hardened, gruff, irritating tone that left me feeling completely cold. She then chanted on, proclaiming how this person had a call revenue of 400, another 200 plus, another this-that-and-the-other, while again demanding to know what has happened to me! While she made a pathetic and foolish attempt to inform me as to what I need to be telling these “retards” and so forth, her line was nothing better than a comedic one-liner from a Chinese fortune cookie. She had nothing even remotely intelligent to offer – in any capacity. If she gave that same asinine delivery to a group of intellects or genuine psychics, of which I’m one, they would laugh her right out onto the street. Let me do the math for you, brilliance. And for the record, I’ve been as high as 600 and often in the 100 plus range. It’s no coincidence that my call revenue dropped for a week, once after Christmas, and last week. Let’s talk about last week. When the prices of Elites sky-rocketed to $10 and $13 dollars per hour, where it was then added that no free minutes could be used on these psychics, well OF COURSE, you are going to be able to pull $400 dollar averages out of your cap. Secondly, I suddenly had the lowest common denominator calling my line. I had criminals, schizophrenics, bi-polar disorder, and people with very diminished capacity. Normally, I’m actually able to keep people of this ‘nature’ on the phone at great lengths but I had a slew of people that NO HUMAN BEING alive, could have taken any farther. She knew that but what she implied, was that I needed to ---- to what? She didn’t have anything relevant to offer. Her line of nonsensical horseshit wouldn’t have garnered 10 seconds more. She’s deluding herself and her attempt to make me believe her bogus line of crap was a miserable FAIL. You don’t run off, chase off, piss off one of your best readers, just because they don’t produce your financial fantasies each and every second of every moment of the day. She said, “You know the difference between you and the 10, 13 dollar readers – they’re clever and you’re not.” Then she proceeded to inform me that if I’m not working as a psychic during the day, that I need to be. That’s how she thinks one should boost the morale of an excellent employee? She’s a disaster. Then, she began BLARING AT TOP VOLUME a few of my calls, and said, “Now do you hear your voice? You sound like a child. You sound like a very young girl.” Ahh, then it was my voice. This mental giant, never asked, “Is this a good time to chat and go over a few things?” It was 8:00 AM, I could have been in bed, off to work (at my other job), among various other places. The company is obviously struggling miserably, hence the gross price increase. This is a known-tactic for companies in trouble and it’s also a well-known cause of disaster and bringing on one’s own demise. Remember, Netflix did the same thing and it cost them millions of dollars. It was a raging fail. The psychic turnover at this company is astronomical because it’s so poorly managed. The readers are painfully underpaid while their time and effort is demanded by iron-fisted zealots who just aren’t that bright. Let’s face it, the name of the game is LIE and if you do the math and  remove the lies then you had one brilliant psychic in me and you know that since you wanted to push me to Elite psychic after only 2 weeks of my initial employment with you. I cooperated at every juncture with the exception of one thing: I won’t deliver lies or abide by your despicable applications that lure these unsuspecting individuals to the poor house.In the Old Testament, God destroyed the fortune-tellers who willfully lied. You might resent my use of Jesus in my readings and my devout biblical position, however, what you may fail to realize is that 90% of my callers over a one year span, were straight-up Bible belt, Born Again Spirit Filled Christians and that blew even my mind. I had several repeat customers and a strong 5 star rating. I had one 3 star rating from a customer with 0 minutes – I asked that it be removed and it wasn’t.Furthermore, my letters, notes, questions always went ignored and dismissed. I remember at one point, my ranking was so high, it was off the charts and I was often praised and then I had a few hours of free-minute hang-ups and instantly they pulled me offline for a raving tongue lashing. That isn’t how you keep a good employee. This is why you go through hundreds of readers and keep only a few good ones – nobody in this company has a remote clue about finding good readers / psychics and keeping them. This woman had no clue about me – none. She should have and could have because anyone who took the time to listen to those 40, 50 60, 100 – 125 minute calls of mine, of which are many, would know, in no uncertain terms that I’m clearly well above average I.Q., am a licensed psychotherapist with a Masters and a Ph.D., as well as an excellent tarot card reader with a 100% accuracy. It’s in my profile. I’m also a business and finance major, and the part about the 10 and 13 dollar readers being more clever than me, criminally clever, yes. I'm a terrible liar and unfortunately for you, I strive for excellence in the art of honesty, ethics, principles, values and virtuosity.  I took this job because I wanted to put my wits to work at fast food level and see what people think, feel, need and want. I also wanted to learn the way in which these companies are run and I wanted to test my card reading abilities. This company served me well. It made me a far better intuitive, pastor, psychotherapist and professional writer. I’m also a critic. I do believe that it’s critical for people to know the various means of manipulation implemented by this company.

After all, that’s what your own employee told me – how to manipulate them and so forth; how to be a great story-teller. Trust me, there isn’t a soul in the company who’s anywhere close to being as clever as me and that is one that you will personally witness -

I worked for asknow.com for 2 1/2 years. Of course they're scam artists and pathological liars and con artists and they know it, without question. They're undeniably unscrupulous, without an ounce of integrity or common decency. No person in their right mind, on any level would pay $13.00 a minute to a stranger on the internet claiming to have psychic abilities. Do the math friends, that's $780 an hour. Consultations with top surgeons, psychiatrists and the finest attorney's in the world don't make that much. Someone that good and I mean THAT FLAMING ASTONISHING AMAZING, would be working for the FBI, INTERPOL, the CIA, the president of the United States, locating every missing person, plane, criminal and all else gone missing. Some so phenomenal and gifted as claimed at $13.00 a minute, would be performing in Vegas, have their own show and own their own psychic business. Their customers for the most part, are of limited capacity, meaning they have low I.Q.'s, have some form of mental illness or they're in the most serious of dire straits. The managers as asknow.com train those psychics to become professional liars and they're taught every scam, trick, slight-of-hand known in order to keep those poor people on the phone as long as possible and if any of those desperately-needing-any-kind-of-job 'psychics' do not meet the preposterous, outrageous and laughable quotas, theyre fired, plain and simple so those people will tell you anything you want to hear. It went from exciting and fun and interesting to nightmarish, depressing and horrid in no time. I didn't comply with their despicable, reprehensible, malevolent and vile precepts. asknow.com is run at the hands of iron-fisted, unrerasonable, uneducated, mafia-ish, cut-throats, void of integrity, principles, values and virtue. They're a band of organized criminal minds who found loopsholes to rob people blind. Anyone defending this company most certainly works for this company or is hot and horny for someone in this bogus, crooked, company. Everything is shut tight, sealed off, hush-hish, secretive and underground and that's because they're out to make a huge, fast, fortune and get out A.S.A.P. I quit because as the company grew, their rules and regimen and expectation grew more bizarre, outlandish, evil and devious. I went on to build my own psychic company and carefully selected real psychics with tried and true abilities. I do not make one red cent off of any psychic there. We're not hiding. Every psychic you email, the message goes right to them. When you call me, the call comes right to my home landline. You will always have my home phone number and personal email address. I've been in business now for over a year and not once has anyone ever complained with one exception, asknow filed against me on ripoff report. The claim came almost immediately after I had filed another one against them. I knew for a fact it was them as the complaint made no sense. The person said that I stole thousands upon thousands of dollars from them, lol and at the time I was only charging $30 an hour and had only been in business for a few months and hadn't worked up a solid client base, lol. They're mean and they're vicious and sadistic and they prey on the weakest links and the most vulnerable and people who have hit bottom and struggling through their darkest hour. I agree with the clairvoyant that said they only get paid .20.  I was on another site with a review about this company and there was an ex employee that said the same thing.  I am not ripping on all of the employees because there are some that are actually nice and wanna help you.  

My two favorite ones are Psychic Angel Reader Nicole and Psychic Kendra so far.  Some psychics you may just not click with.  Those psychics are hard working individuals just as you are.  I thank you for being honest.  You seem like a nice person.

These other pages may not be directly linked to ask now, but it was through some of the above pages that I recieved a recommendation to use asknow, and was screwed over by ask now. So yes, technically, they ARE involved if they lead people to use a certain site that defrauds people!

They are a scam. after working there over a year, I got the general impression that they want you to hold the caller on the line as long as possible, at any cost. They even pay the psychics based on repeat calls and average call length. The manager has these impossible quotas to reach like she won't pay you more than 20 cents per min (callers pay up to $13 per min!?) if you don't have at least a 30 min call average. It's impossible, even if you try because the company "accidentally" cuts off half the calls so the quotas are unattainable.

I've even heard from callers that some psychics are telling them they have curses on them & will remove the curse for longer calls. I told Gigi, the owner that I refuse to mislead the callers. That caused her to go from giving me back to back calls (12+ hr shifts with no break -and she'd call me to log back on after 24 hrs straight work, by the way) to only giving me 2 or 3 calls per day.

And most of those are cut short too. It's the craziest thing I have ever seen. Whether this is on purpose or not, it's not fair & it's not right. If you're thinking of working for this company, think twiCe because it's a horrible one.I'm genuinely clairvoyant and can see the lies these psychics tell to keep callers on the line. If you're a caller of AskNow, or any of these other companies (yes, they're linked together) beware. 

This complaint is obviously made by someone with an alternative motive. I happen to KNOW for a fact that several of the company names listed have nothing to do with each other. Some are even websites with advertisements on them! The complainant sounds like they are grasping at straws.
