Hi guys,

 I want to tell you all my experience with Asos.com

Asos.com is very famous for online shopping and I believe because asos is such a big company then I started to buy from them.

The first until 3rd order they arrive safely.

But after that either I receive incomplete items or the package never arrive after more than 1 month and I get my refund for it.

So I guess it's okay and I continue to buy from them with hope that all of my package will arrive.

Because the package were always come late and everytime I email them they keep asking me to wait for custom clearance and I have to wait until almost 2 months every time for my package, and I always wait up to 2 months to email asos.com and asking them for the missing package.

And then they started to asking whether my address is correct and thinking that I give the wrong address, but it's impossible because some of my package is do arrive. They will not arrive if I gave the wrong address.

Usually when my packages arrived I have to wait for the letter from post local office states that I have to pay for tax and I have to collect them at the post office.

So I will collect them after receive their letter and pay for the tax.

Until 1 day, I just got back from my holiday and want to collect all of my packages but unfortunately my local post office people said that all of my package been returned to asos.com and I cannot do anything about it. 

So the local post office people said that I have to wait up to 3 months until asos.com receive my returned packages.

By the way i'm so angry to my local post office people too because I never said that I want to return it but anyhow it's been returned and I could not say anything and I just wish that by the time all of my returned packages arrive at Asos.com. I will get my money back.

That's what I think.

But guess what?

They never arrive!! And for you guys know, the returned parcels is about 200 packages (yes I know i'm a shopaholic) and worth £8000

And I still have proof from my local post office states that I never collected this packages from the first place and tell asos.com about it, and guess what?

They closed my account and treated me like some liar and said they do not want to responsible for it. because it's a rare situation. Yes I also never believe in my life that I will lose so much money for asos.com

I'm waiting until 3 months, 4 months, 5 months and pray that my returned packages will arrive and I will get my refund. But it's empty hope because now is more than 1 year already.

But strangely all of the packages is like gone being eaten by some tornado and they never arrive at asos.com warehouse.

If only 1 or 2 packages maybe is understandable.

But it 200 packages for Gos's sake! It impossible to believe that such so much returned parcel never arrive at their warehouse, don't you guys think?

I just know this ripoff report and at least feel relieve can share this horrible experience with you guys.

Who will think that such a huge company like asos could run from their responsible and I have to lose such big money.

Actually I'm thinking to use a lawyer here but because I have to pay them expensive, I do not want to lose much more money for this company. 

Do not believe that it safe shopping with them because they are big company, because if your packages went missing it will become your responsibilty!

It is such an horror experience for me and I could not sleep for months because of this experience and never ever in my days I never regret why I believe at asos.com and spend so much money with them!!!!!

God never sleep and I know they will get their karma anyhow!

I always pray and hope that no one will experience this kind of situation anymore, it's a traumatic experienced and It still hurt me until now and leave me with debt in my bank account until now!

I guess never believe in online shopping no matter how big and how long they operated.

It's all bullshit if they say it's 100% safe online shopping.

It will become my precious lesson until I die.

For asos.com do not cheat other people money, it's no difference with a con artist, you scam company!
