Received offer for credit card and applied. Was "approved" for 14% interest with $1000 limit. Limited to $500 first 90 days and agreed to $85 yearly fee. After first month used card and paid in full(left $0 Balance on card) was notified by mail that Credit Limit was reduced to $387 due to "Account Activity and Frequency of use"

This is a clever way to Charge an $85 fee on a $387 Credit Limit Card. I was willing to pay high interest and fee while re-establishing credit but was told in writting that my limit was $500 and WILL go up to $1000 in 90 days. Instead was REDUCED to $387 even after I paid Entire Balance before payment was due.

I called company call center (In INDIA) and was told he could not help. It took 20 minutes to waive $85 fee and close card.
