Aspire Credit Card & Columbus Bank And Trust credit card company closes acct during hurricane crisis. no mail, no electricity and barely late on payment Atlanta Georgia
Aspire card is a predatory lender that charges outrageous fees for any opportunity and will close your account without any consideration to circumstances. In Sept. 2008, Louisiana had two hurricanes back to back that kept our small construction company from functioning.
First there was three weeks of rain prior to Gustov, then the actual hurricane that left our area without power and internet and phones down. Our company had to relocate heavy equipment and personnel and was basically nonfuntional for weeks. I called in to report the issues and found that my acct had a zero available and when i asked why they said it was because I went over the limit.
Nice! Of course I found out today after I just sent in a pymt that was three times the amount requested as the minimum due.
