I went on the internet and aplied for the aspire visa gold on june 2.2006 I receive my card on July 19,2006 and had to make a inital payment of $20.00 to use the card . Which that was the same day I got paid and my checks are direct deposit into my checking account I made the payment over the phone, And was told I could use my card on July 28,2006. I called them Monday on July 24, 2006 to make sure I could use the card on july 28.

I was told the payment didn't go though because I didn't have any money in the bank which I know that couldn't be true my check was direct deposit at 9:OO A.M THAT MORNING AND I didn't call them untill that evening when I get off at 4:00p.m. I sent them a check in the mail on july 22 and it was post to my account on july 25 Now the say I can't use my card until August 21 because I got to wait untill my next billing cycle.

The reason is because the payment I make over the PHONE on july 21 CAME BACK TO THEM and A $35 fee for return checks was post on my account and I would have to wait untill aug 21 I want to know what can I do about this I think I'm going to cancel the card because I never use the card and why use I have to wait to my next billing cycle to use the card
