Aspire Visa breeched payment agreement after 3 months of tripled payments. In April, an agreement was decided upon through a supervisor and was applied. The provisions entailed that the interest charges as well as the overlimit fees would be indefinitely waived as long as the minimum balance was paid on time monthly.I have maintained my payments on or before the due date.

My credit line was increased so I would no longer be over the limit and then after 3 months of on time payments my account was closed without notification and when I called not only was I given the run around treatment, hung up on & on hold over 45 minutes I was not alowed to speak to a supervisor and told it was closed because they decided to.

The poor english language skills of it's agents did not help either!

I did not receive bills on more than one ocassion and charged for it.I reported them to the Better Business Buero and they would not cooperate with them.Bad customer service does not begin to describe this company.

I am still making the minimum payment but I feel that I was lied to,taken advantage of and given no resolution!!!What now?

If agents are the ones to beware, better contact the call center responsible for outbound sales and customer service. It is they who train and manage these so called "scamming" agents. For one, Epixtar, Inc. has a call center in the Eastwood Ave., Libis, Quezon City, Philippines. Epixtar is one (if not the only) call center which makes the calls for Aspire Visa. They call the Aspire Visa program the "Compucredit" account. Visit their website at www.epixtar.com. Or you can call them at +00 632 8578100 or +00 632 8578000 and look for Jeff Myatt (VP for Client Services) or Bradley Yeater (C.O.O.).

I know how frustrating it is to realize that we had to be victimize before we learn our lessons. I just wanna stress out that in every single telemarketing call that we recieve, we must be very attentive to each and every detail an agent is discussing. Customers should not be hesitant to ask questions regarding the offered product or service. Anyway, am not here to defend ASPIRE... BUT TO all people who felt that they were victimized by ASPIRE, then pls call the toll free number 18003488783... get the agent's name and ID number and the time of call. For customers who are recieving telemarketing calls... DO NOT FORGET, before you let an agent or telemarketer do his pitch... TAKE NOTE of the following 1. Agent's real name. 2. Agent ID number 3. Time of call or duration. 4. When agent asks questions which are answerable by YES, YEAP, YAP, OK, Go On or any affirmative response from you as customer DO NOT forget to rephrase his concer or question. Ex. "Are you saying you want to pull my credit report, and are you saying it wont affect my credit rating?" I know what am doing is tupidity for i may be repeimanded by the company but this is as well the COmpany's best attempt to protect customers from STUPID agents who scam the call. Pls be reminded that ASPIRE VISA CARD is not a scam... Its is the agent who scams... so beware..
