Aspire Visa failed to record one of our payments, then called our home and claimed that my husband was unemployed, which is untrue. When I asked who told them that, they gave me a bogus phone number and claimed they "did not known" who the caller was. The phone number they claimed the call came from had an Atlanta area code and we don't even know anyone in GA. Even IF joker did tell them my husband was unemployed, why didn't Aspire Visa bother to verify that instead of assuming it was true? How unprofessional can they get? This caused us a great deal of stress, for THEIR mistakes, and we will be paying off the balance and CANCELLING the card within a couple of months. We will NOT do business with any company that LIES, and uses B.S. and intimidation tactics.

First of all I have been using Aspire Visa for over two years and can tell you I have neve had any of the experiences that I have read in the fraud department. I have been able to reach a live person by calling the phone number provided on the back of my visa card 24/7 and reach a Live Person when I have had the need. For USA Customer sevice 1-800-348-8783 from outside the USA call Collect 678-259-8002. Or visit their website you can e mail them directly. Hope this helps some of you folks. If you still are having problems do what I do when I am trying to collect accounts for where I work and I get no where with people on the phone. I find the Corp web site and E mail the President VP board of directors. I usually get a response within 24 hours and the matter resolved within two days. Best of luck to you
