I had a problem with getting a human in November 2002. In march 2003 we went credit card debt consolidation and are still paying are cards off in good standing. Apsire agent said don't include us because we can offer you a better deal. We said okay. Months down the road I found this to not ne the truth. I for months could not get a corrected statement infact could not get a statement at all.I cotinued to phone in my payment..
When I found fimally got a statement it had a monthly $35.oo over limits fee and $35.00 monthly late fee and continued all this time. I got real upset. The agent removed partial fees and would not remove the rest I fefused to pay a cent more. I sent a letter to 1030 5th ave atlanta, ga 31901...they never recieved the letter pf my complaint.
I was endlessly phoned 12-15 times per week sometimes this much in one days time. When we would answer and tell our problem they would say "this is what happens when you don't pay your bill", skolding me.We had to turn off the phone and answer caller ID. I did not know what to do. Now Aspire Visa sold be to some other company where there attorney? ?is threatning that they can garnish me..and the amount is doubled.. They want my employers name..
