well , here it is - next month - new bill balance of 46.57 for having a zero balance? After contacting the bbb I recieved a letter from Gwen Clark (executive correspondence staff) aspire stating that those were late fees. FOR WHAT ? Having a zero balance. Thats what her letter said ZERO. Anyways two days later I recieved a check for 30.00 attached was a letter stating that my acct. had a credit balance of 30.00 for 150 days with no other activity ! So why did I get another bill with late fees for a ZERO balance. So, here we go again another complaint with the bbb we'll see what happens. By the way I have these phone numbers if they will help anyone 1-877-463-4011 1-800-348-8783. I don't know if they're automated or not , I don't bother with the phone anymore I'm trying certified letters now maybe they will work.
