Did not receive a bill from Company. Next week after Due date got a call from Las Vegas from their collection Agency. Told them I did NOT receive bill, and was going to contact Co to find out what happened. Customer Service Rep told me if I owed them to just send the money, there was no requirement for them to send me bill. That evening collection folk called me back, (remember only 3 days deliquent then). I was trying to get a bill and all I got was calls night and day, and day and night until I made a big payment which they held for days and calls continued. One idiot told me it was not her place to see why the payment was not released, it was her job to make calls, so when would I make a payment. HUH am I missing something here. Payment was out there just being held. Wrote everyone state, BBB, and Federal for help. The stupid company responded by saying "I missed a payment" and they were trying to collect. Believe me, If I had received a bill, I would have payed. I beleve in if I make a bill pay it. They didn't lie, they just make a untruth sound plausible. Rosa Florissant, Missouri

I refuse to talk to those..those.. WHATEVER anymore. I have that company set up in my bill pay, and go pay them each month. They got me another time they did not send a bill and charged me a $35.00 late fee. Yeah right, but I did NOT receive any calls from those jerks. This month I have NOT received a bill, and guess what I am going to make a payment anyway. THE FEDS NEED TO TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS. They need to it is becoming urgent.

I have a quick question: Is the phone number you were asked to call 1-877-262-0002? Here's why I ask:(I wrote all this in my own report, but I'll copy it here, too) Some time ago,I got something in the mail asking if I wanted to have my Fingerhut balance transferred to an Aspire Visa card.I did so,and from the FIRST MONTH they called my house every day! I would pay the bill when I received it (I would have money sitting around in an envelope WAITING for their bill, that's how late it usually was!),and sure enough,a day or so after I amiled the money order, they would call and leave a msg. on my machine to call them back at the above number. I verified that this was indeed the number on the literature I had gotten when I first signed up,and called them back, explaining that I had already mailed payment. This month a new snag came up: When I called and entered in my acct. number, their recorded msg. insisted that it didn't exist! I tried my social security #,as per their instructions, and it again insisted that no such number existed, adding that I should call back when I had the right info! (BTW I STILL haven't rec'd my March bill!) I then attempted to mail them at the Minnesota address on their literature, including with my letter a photocopy of the receipt portion of the money order I had sent them in Feb. Still the calls, despite the fact that I have informed them that I am MUCH easier to reach via email or postal mail. The upshot is:I can't seem to even get a human on the phone, and I have tried my last thing (tracking them down online and sending an email) If this doesn't work,I'm through.
