ASPIRE VISA ASPIRE RIPOFF FOR ME WAS JUST LIKE THAT OF CATHERINE OF MEDIA PA COLUMBUS Georgia
Catherine in Media Pa told the EXACT same tale that I could tell. Except that when I objected to paying a 27% interest rate on the balance of my old Providian visa account and that I would not pay any late charges on this account The told me they would make the account interest free for 6 months. Also they would remove the Late Fee.
I have yet to see either action occur on any subsequent billing---in fact I haven't received and additional billing. Also the guy that I talked to used English as a second language and very poorly at that.
What is really funny about this whole thing is that my Great Grand Father was one of the original founders of the Providian Bank of Cincinnati, OH. The other funny thing is that I was about to pay my bill in full when I got the cancellation notice from Aspire.
My wife and I are fortunate in that a credit rating is of little consequence to us since she is a member of one af America's wealthiest families. I get no greater pleasure than to play "head games" with these little s#@tS!
