Aspire Visa...Thank You For The Warning!!! Hopefully You Saved Me Some Trouble!!!! Georgia
I am so happy that this website popped up when I was attempting to make a purchase with my BRAND NEW ASPIRE VISA!!! I read so many horror reports then was hit with a dose of reality about the "foreign" customer service reps who each time I called with a question....Spoke very broken English and rushed me off the phone(this was before I even made my INITIAL payment!) Well I processed my initial payment online then this website popped up...I immediately called them to cancel and the gentleman tried to offer me higher immediate credit(immediate being in 11 days!)...then tried to get me to "just try it out"
I finally had to tell him after 5 mins of asking him (Ricardo) to please close this account that I would be unemployed in a week and would have no way of paying them back. He even at that point said maybe the card is what I needed...After no win he said well I'll comply with your wishes and close the card! I asked for conformation or something to prove this would be closed and he said my name Ricardo and my #4036 will suffice and you will hear it on the 800# when you call....So I will wait to call on Monday 12-15-2003 to ensure I don't and will never have an ASPIRE visa account! Again Thank You! This is the last thing that I needed when I am trying to correct and improve my credit.
