Thank you for your answer to my original complaint. They are still playing games. This is the third month I have not received a bill. But I got them this time. I pay through my bill pay from my bank now let them mess with them!!! I did email the dept of Banking and Finance in Georgia and referred them to this site so they could be aware of all of the complaints against this place and how they all sound similiar. I believe they are monitoring this site because after I reported here about not receiving a bill, the bill came wandering in. WHEN WILL THEIR ABUSE OF CUSTOMERS CEASE, why can't anything be done, why have people written Attorney Generals, BBB's, and nothing is being done. Are people to continue to be their victims?
