Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I too was contacted by Assurance Plus, Matt Cowie from in November of 2006. At that time I was offed three web sites for $499.00, Ebay, Amazon and Casino, along with a lot of support, (they would be their every step of the way.) I felt pretty good about that I was being told the truth, so I made the decision to start my own business. When I received the material I did not send everything back right away, w-9, etc.

I then was contacted by Joe Hickey Diverse Marketing to let me know of a great way to advertise my web sites, but I needed to make sure to get all my paperwork sent back. I was told that I did not have to do ANYTHING to make my sited profitable, just check the commission Junction site and track my commission. This seemed to good to be true. I even stated. "I don't have to do anything?" I was assured that the advertising from Diverse Marketing would be all I needed. So I invested $1000.00 for advertising.

Well, needless to say I could not find anything regarding my sites. I called and got a recording stating their phone system was temporariy down and please call back. I let a few days go by to find out their was a different phone #1-800-457-0685 via my e-mail. Oh, I was contacted, great!

I then spoke with a coach only to be confuse even more. I was given information on places I could look up for free-advertisement. I new then this was not good. When I payed $1000.00 for advertisement why should I have to do their work? After thinking about this for a day or two.

I decided to contact Matt Cowie, who started this all in the first place. The customer service person told me that he could help me and that Matt is not the the person to speak to. Well the customer service person gave me the same line as the first one did regarding free-advertiseing. I said I did not understand why I need free advertising when I have already paid for it.

The real kicker is they sold me a casino site which is illegal in CA? I should be kicked, I knew this. When I told customer service AKA coach, I think. I was told that I should receive a refund of $100.00 very soon. Do I believe it is in the mail? Yeh, sure. This company, that is putting it nicely, is taking advandage of good people only to make their selfs rich.

I did not have this kind of money lying around. I believed in another human being only to be had. I have had a hard couple of years and needed extra income. I thought I could have a piece of the American Dream, just once. I tell you what, I will never believe another sells pitch again in my life.

I am still going to fight to get my money back and contact the BBB and Attorney General office. I truly am not done with them yet. If nothing comes out of it for me please make sure everyone you know does not fall for the same scam. Hang up on them!! I hope no one else falls victum to Assurance Plus or anyother so called company like them. Watch out. Bless All Of You!
