ATLANTA AUTO LEASE FRAUDLENTLY SOLD AUTOMOBILE WITH UNIBODY DAMAGE!! NEVER DISCLOSED! ALPHARETTA Georgia
During the 1st week of April, 2009, I contacted a sales associate at Atlanta Auto Lease. This was in regard to a 2007 Honda Accord located on Autotrader.com. The car was being sold with a little over 14,000 miles. Friendly salesperson reassured me that the car had never been in an accident and was in perfect mechanical shape. Over 1 month later I was still waiting for the car to be delivered to NY (my home residence). I was then told to contact "Kash" - owner/manager. I attempted to explain the following issues with Kash about the car Problems with vehicle: 1. it wouldn't start - very hesitant. 2. It appeared that car had been in an accident. Car Fax report came up clean but there was definately an issue (Today, May 26, 2009, I ran the vehicles VIN # through Autocheck and found that it had Major Title problems and AUCTION ANNOUNCED AS UNIBODY DAMAGE. Upon learning of this information, I tried to call Kash. When I said who I was he hung up on me. I called back, left a message and asked that he please call me back - he never did. 3. passengers side window doesn't go up. 4. bottom of glove compartment box came to me lying on the passengers side seat. 5. The car arrived with more than 2000 extra miles on it. 6. Remote for door and trunk entry didn't come with the car as promised. I contacted Igor who said he ordered one and would send it to me - to date - i haven't received it (along with car manual that wasn't in car). 6. Car Idles roughly. 7. It appears that passenger side air bag has been deployed. Atlanta Auto lease sold me a car that has major unibody damage and never disclosed this information. Atlanta Auto lease sold me a car that was quite different (AND DANGEROUS!) from what they advertised.
BOTTOM LINE: This guy falsely advertised a car claiming that there was no body damage or any other issues! After receiving the car with alot of issues that were never advertised (along with unibody damage!) I attempted to call Kash and was hung up on (wonder why???). His practice is to misrepresent cars, take the buyers money, deliver the car 35 days later (which bails him out of his lousy 30 day policy and gives him an "out" when he is confronted by the unhappy seller about the misrepresentation and danger of vehicle!) He then tries to cover himself by presenting a report that his salesperson asked you to sign (sold as is - but not to worry - all will be well, no problems with car, just sign and fax right back - this is just company policy!) Yeah right, see if i'll ever fall into that trap again and expect the salesperson to stand up to his words when Mr. Kash becomes involved and doesn't want to deal with his dirty practices! This guy knows the ropes.....just hope no one else get hung fraudulant practices...Am now stuck with a car that I can't sell (well wouldn't sell because some of us do have consciouses!) because of it's condition....Must say...aside from scratches, no Honda emblem on front, etc...is pretty to look at!! I guess that's what initially attracted me and got me sucked into the web!!

PARTIAL MONEY FOR CAR WAS REFUNDED. CAR RETURNED TO SELLER. SELLER DID RIGHT BY UNHAPPY BUYER. MUCH APPRECIATED.

I had been looking all over Atlanta for a specific vehicle and I found what seemed like the perfect vehicle at the best price at Atlanta Auto Lease. I was researching the company (I was unfamiliar with them) when I came across this article and a related news article. As an attorney, I'm a skeptic by nature, but the car was so well priced I decided to follow the news article's advice and purchase an autofacts history report on the vehicle before going to see it. The report came out perfectly clean and the vehicle was exactly as advertised.
While I can't speak to any other person's experience, I can tell you that this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I had been to all the luxury dealers in Roswell and Alpharetta and I felt like I was getting the run around and the used cars they offered were overpriced. Sure, the dealerships offered attractive landscaping, bottled water, even free lunch, but the vehicles themselves were overpriced, and I was there to shop for a car.
Atlanta Auto Lease is a small dealer that moves volume and what you see is what you get. What you won't get is the cushy dealership experience. What you can expect is straightforward, no nonsense car buying experience. The price of the car was exactly what was advertised and was the best price in a 500 mile radius. After weeks of searching, I bought the vehicle that day and took it home that evening.
The GM (Kash- as referenced in the previous article) was knowledgeable and very forthcoming when I asked him about the vehicle. I was offered the same dollar amount on my trade as other dealerships.
It is unfortunate that the individual in the previous article had such a bad experience. There is a certain inherent risk with used cars no matter where you buy them. That is why the responsibility lies on the consumer to do your own due diligence. Pay $20 for an autofax report BEFORE spending $20,000. I cannot imagine buying a house without a home inspection, why take such a risk on a vehicle?
In closing, I can only speak to my experience and the excellent service I received. I am so glad I gave Atlanta Auto Lease a chance and saw it for myself. Not only am I extremely satisfied with my new vehicle but I have already recommended this dealer to my friends and family.

WOW!! YOU NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH THE AUTOCHECK REPORT!! HAD YOU PROVIDED SAID REPORT I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT CAR THAT HAD BEEN IN A WRECK!! YOU SENT ME THE CRYSTAL CLEAR CARFAX REPORT THAT FAILED TO MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT UNIBODY DAMAGE, ETC. (INTERESTING, AFTER CAR ARRIVED AND I NOTIFIED YOUR STAFF OF MY FINDINGS, THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTANTLY ACCESS THE AUTOCKECK REPORT AND SEE THAT CAR HAD UNIBODY DAMAGE). YOU ARE NOT A NICE PERSON TO DEAL WITH! YOU SENT ME A CAR THAT WAS IN AN ACCIDENT, DOESN'T HAVE A DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG, ONLY 1 KEY (YOU WERE SENDING 2 KEYS ALONG WITH THE AUTO/TRUNK REMOTE - OF COURSE, THEY NEVER CAME WITH THE CAR!), AFTER NOT RECEIVING REMOTE ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES SAID IT WAS ORDERED AND "IN THE MAIL"! YEAH RIGHT! IT'S MONTHS LATER AND THE CAR NEEDS A NEW STARTER (HAS NEEDED ONE SINCE THE DAY IT ARRIVED - ALMOST 40 DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT IT!) I GUESS YOU FAILED TO TELL ME THAT ALSO (ALONG WITH ABOUT 10 OTHER THINGS THAT YOU "FAILED" TO MENTION WHEN I GRACIOUSLY SENT YOU A LARGE CHECK - INCLUDING THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW THAT DOESN'T GO UP, THE REARVIEW MIRROR THAT WAS FOUND ON THE FLOOR WHEN IT ARRIVED, THE BOTTOM OF THE GLOVE BOX WHICH WAS ALSO LAYING ON THE FLOOR (THIS IS THE PIECE UNDER THE AIRBAG AREA! WONDER WHY THAT WON'T STAY ON?) YOU MUST HAVE LAUGHED ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK!!! HOPE YOU'RE ENJOYING YOUR SUMMER GUILT FREE!!??

All cars listed online have carfax reprot and they provide free autocheck as well. I DID """ NOT """"SEE ANY CARS WITH FLOOD DAMAGE, FRAME DAMAGE, UNIBODY DAMAGE & ALL CAR HAD AIRBAGS INSIDE THEM at atlanta auto lease. There showed me some dealer around Georgia in autotrader listing "Small dealership" who are selling similar inventory or other cars priced under market value INTENTIONALLY NOT DISCLOSING auto check details. ATLANTA AUTO LEASE provided and posted free CARFAX online and clean AUTOCHECK QUALIFIED with high SCORE POINT SYSTEM. Other priced leader lots, "small dealerships" posted online ad's, that have almost all entire inventory with MAJOR TITLE PROBLEM + UNIBODY DAMAGE + FRAME DAMAGE, report on autocheck! WHAT I LEARNED ALMOST ALL THESE SMALL DEALERS ARE IN ROSWELL- NORCROSS- MARIETTA - LILBURN AND SOME OUT OF STATE - NONE NAMED MENTIONED BUT YOU GET THE IDEA. ATLANTA AUTO LEASE, made me aware of the AUTOCHECK and CARFAX, as well I got the car inspected at franchise dealer. I found some little wear and tear but it's a used car after all. I went back to atlanta auto lease after my inspection A ULTIMATE GREAT EXPERIENCE. I purchased a great price and a high quality car. I highly recommend going to ATLANTA AUTO LEASE.
