Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On 11-17-2002, my automobile was hit at a intersection by a person insured by Atlanta Casualty Co. who also is my ins. co.

The person told the officer at the scene that the accident was her fault, she ran the red light she said. I called the company the next day since this was on a Sunday, and on Tuesday night at 7:30 pm, a claims adjuster called me and after we talked she gave me a claim number and another claim adjuster's name and phone no. for me to contact and said that was the person assigned to handle the claim for the person that hit my car.

Well it took a couple of day's to get in touch with her, this person is Mira Topolski she told me that the person's ins. policy had cancelled the month before but she was trying to verify this and would get back to me. Well several day's later after not hearing back from her I spent all day calling her until I finally reached her and was told that the policy had been re-instated and she would call me back, instead an Appraiser called and left a message that he would be in my area the next day and wanted to come look at my car so I returned his call and set it up for him to come by the next morning.

Well he looked at it and told me it was probably totaled but he would send his estimate to Mira and she would call me,so about 4days later she call's and tells me that my car is considered a total and they would give me an amount that is one fourth the N.A.D.A. book value of the car and they get the car, and they refused to get me a rental car, their attitude is they don't give a dam, I am just going to have to accept their terms and that's all there is to it.

According to their source of information concerning the value of my car (the C.C.C.) company which I found out means Certified Callateral Company from Chicago Il. so I told her if they say that is the value they put on my car fine REPLACE IT with another one identical to mine in the same overal condition, she said she could not do that?

I also told her that my car was not for sale when the accident happened and it still was not for sale, not for her price and she could pay N.A.D.A. book price or repair the car at the body shop here in my town at their price, which is naturally higher than their man came up with.

This is still ongoing so I guess I'll have to hire a lawer, and needless to say my insurance will not be re-newed with this company!!
