Gabriella Torry is the owner and property manager of Atlanta Executive Property Management. This company will charge homeowners an unfair amount and upon attempting to talk with Ms. Torry she will do nothing but LIE sending you in a complete circle. She acts as if there is nothing she can do when in deed SHE is the one filing the lien on YOUR property.  Ms. Torry will then threaten you with an attorney as an attempt to collect funds hiding behind a web of lies.

This company cuts grass and nothing more. They were created in 2010. Feel free to look up the information at the Georgia Secretary of State. It is public information. She has NO experience with property management. You may refer to the home made website.

DO NOT HIRE ATLANTA EXECUTIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT or you will be forced to talk to a "secretary" as it has a "make shift" office that only sees residents "by appointment". Is this ran out of her home basement? She is the only person running a shabby money hungry business that collects money from hard working people.

Yes, Atlanta Executive Management does go after Home Owners they don't pay their HOA fees. However I live in Sable Chase and there are some serious issues here and conflict of interest. Our community is not getting the services we pay for. Just cutting the grass at the front  entrance is not just what we are paying for, so don't get it twisted.  Many homeovners are complaining, and it will come to getting a lawyer and firing both the HOA president and Atlanta Executive management.  So if they are doing such a fantastic job, where is the money going when obviously it not being spent to make improvements in my community unless they are forced too.

To clear this up, this company was founded by a husband and wife, Dwight and Grabriella Tory, they both were on the home assoication board at Sable Chase subdivision.  Neither have or had experinces with running a property mangement company at all, and were not favorites in the Sable Chase subdivision.  They create the company and also sit on the board so what do you do to get your company off the ground, extend a contract with the property management company that you created to oversee your subdivision.  Well is not the half of the story, they go through there problems, as rumor has it the wife ran everything, and it is already bad for the members of the board but Dwight must also listen to his wifes every instruction.  So she says jump he says how high, he votes at board meetings they way she tells him to.  They both know they have the whole confflict of interest going on but they are steady beating the residents in the head with increase HOA fees while they pocket from it all with the property management company that simple has to do what they were already doing.  Riding around finding violations in the area, and finding someone to cut grass and clean up here and there.  Mean while serious issues are occuring and they are no were to be found when you need them, lights are out, kids are causing all kinds of HELL in the area.  Home break ins, car vandalisms, not to meantion destruction of all property.  They take away the amentiy area cause, hey this is less they now have to manage, they remove the goals in the area.  Then the big then happens the nasty divorce that they go through, she kicks him out of the house, but he is still on the HOA board and not even living in Sable Chase.  Then she moves out and he moves back into the home, but she leaves the HOA board, but big deal because the both profit from this relationship.  All the time the dodge and skip around home owner issues, nothing ever gets address, but one thing is for sure they get rich while home owner get robbed.  Ask any home owner in any property that she so calls manage, she does nothing.  In fact at one time this whole company was ran out of the house they lived in.  In fact they had a office on Old National it was never anyone in there, in fact if you read one report on the internet the one part time staff they has said they didn't even have internet.  This company is a rip off, is mismanages every south fulton community that it goes into, cutting grass but doing nothing for the community but collecting money.  They can hardley be reached and they act on their own not the needs of the community or owners of the property.  Most of the time they are not at the community meetings, and never want to be addressed anyway.  If your looking for a property mamangement company this is not the one to use your comunity will look terrible, don't belive me ride through the property they manage around 5 pm everyday, lock your windows and door when you do, you will be welcomed by the hood element they have created because they have no vested interest in the community, they are not but a get rich quick ponzi company that seeks money first so the communities they oversee go unsupervised.

Atlanta Executive Property Management serves a very valuable service for Home Owners Associations like ours by collecting from residents that refuse to pay their association dues. It sounds like the individual that wrote the complaint may have been one of those folks who did not or was not able to pay their dues.

Gabriella and her team help us and others to collect late, in our case one who was more than two years delinquent in paying their dues.  If you are at the point where AEPM is getting involved more than likely you have already ignored notices or failed to live up to the terms of a payment agreement. When residents do not pay their dues, the other hard working folks that are their neighbors have toe either pony up the difference or do without up keep which causes property values to drop.

Atlanta Executive Property Management also manages the maintenance, vendors and financial accounts for our neighborhood and others. We have been very satisfied and highly recommend Atlanta Executive Property Management and Gabriella.

Thanks,
