Atlanta Express Lube & Brakes Theft of Services, Did Not Give Services that were paid for! Kennesaw Georgia
I went into Atlanta Express Lube & Brakes on May 15, 2004 for an oil change. The tech told me that I needed new front brakes and it was very important that I take care of it immediately. So I agreed to let him do my front brakes. I was also told he would check the back brakes as well. I left there paying $176.26 cents an hour later. My receipt says they changed my oil, added washer fluid and changed my front brakes.
Two Weeks later I had to take my car in to have my back brakes checked. I went to Just Brakes. The tech told me I also needed new front brakes. I explained to him that he must be crazy because my front brakes were brand new. He showed my husband and I that the rotors had not bee touched. They wouldn't take the brake pads off to check them because I wouln't let him. I knew if he touched the front brakes that when I returned to Atlanta Express Lube & Brakes they wouldn't even touch it.
Well I ended up paying over $500 to have the back brakes fixed (same brakes Atlanta Express Lube said were fine.)
I went back to Atlanta Express Lube to complain about my front rotors not being turned. The manager tried to tell me that they had been turned and that Just Brakes lied to me. When I told her I would have my husband come down there and show her that the rotors were not done, she magically decided that one side hadn't been done. Well after being there for 3 hours, they learned that the rotors were rusted on there, so no one removed either rotor when I was there previously & that the brake pads also had not been replaced. I was over an hour late picking up my son from daycare. I had to stand outside in the 90' heat because the A/C was broken in the office and I am MADDDDD!!!!!!
They stoled from me and I will be paid back!
