The Atlantic Group Makes Legal Threats Greensboro North Carolina
My report is similar to the others you'll find here, but I'd like to add that this "Atlantic Group" apparently has offices in various locations. They seem to call different regions on different days, as they contacted several people today who (like me) are from North Carolina. A woman with a foreign accent (supposedly named Sandra Brady) called and said she was from the Atlantic Group. "Sandra" said I have "serious allegations" that her company has filed against me, but if I cooperate, we can "settle the matter out of court". I hung up and researched the number she called from, which was 336-298-3612. Strangely enough, this company also has an 877-number that they will tell you to call if you don't answer & they leave a message. Definitely a scam. Beware.
