I gave Wilbur Taylor of Atlantic roofing and remodeling  a sizable deposit to put a metal roof on my home.

he gave me nothing but excuses for the last three months and I've had to resort to legal action and use every available resource to recoup my money.

he is a chronic liar and incapable of doing anything he says he will do and he also knows absolutely nothing about roofing as he subs everything out to the lowest bidder

do not give this man any money as his company is nothing but a check kiting Ponzi scheme and you will suffer greatly trying to recoup your losses.

if you're unfamiliar with the legal system you will get real familiar with it after you get Wilbur Taylor a check trust me on that.

Beware.......Dont fall for his schemes and  promises...he takes  peoples deposit money , and then acts like a victim....

Sign of a true scammer.., act like a victim when your the one taking people's money and never performing......by the way , who is Christian Rushton ?

People need to be warned about Atlantic Roofing....Gets big deposits and then payes off only what necessary to stay out of jail...Process servers are having a hard time serving you as you've closed your offices and hide at your condo..

You should be ashamed of yourself....

You won't be licensed in SC much longer..SCLLR is launching a full investigation into your fraudulent practices...

When you Google Atlantic Roofing and Wilbur Taylor, Do your home work...he's been up and down the east Coast...!

Hey Raina or maybe I should call you by your real name Kristen Rustin (at least when I make SLANDEROUS REMARKS on the internet about a person I have the nerve to sign my real name to them) The reason I didn't call you back many times is that I was in the hospital...you don't believe anything I say so call East Cooper Hospital or my doctor...Dr. David Brandli

What proof do you have that I know nothing about roofing I've never even really had a conversation with you about roofing I dealt almost exclusively with your husband nor did I work on your roof and yes I moved out of my office during that time because I got sick and couldn't pay the rent not because I was trying to evade a summons...all they have to do is come to my house and serve me duh ! And I told your husband I never worked with flashing on a stucco house that doesn't mean I know nothing about flashing. Your husband asked me for a job after the deposit was successfully refunded and asked me to consider helping him get a roof put on the house if he paid for the material and I told him I would be glad to help him in any way I could with a job or a roof. He offered to pay me something and I told I would not accept any money from him and that I felt really bad about the way things had played out but that I really wanted to help with the roof if he was comfortable with us doing the work. The last time we spoke... a week ago that was what we were planning on doing and I'm still willing to help you both with that if I can. I feel like I have taken full resposibity for everything and I have fully refunded you your money literally three weeks after my surgery which was as fast as I could...prior to the surgery I was very sick and wasn't working much so I couldn't refund you until I got well. This has been a bad experience for all of us and I am going to now pray that you put it behind you and move on with your life...that's what I 'm going to do.

More excuses and lies from Atlantic Roofing . I gave him an size able deposit five months ago and he did absolutely nothing. Never order the materials never hired the crews, he knows nothing about flashing and roofing systems. Not one supply house will give him credit.. Then I had to resort to the the legal process to get a refund which he wrote me a bad check I have the solicitors office threaten to lock him up to get a refund. He would go weeks without returning phone calls or answering messages then he moved his office and try to hide from the process servers for about a month.Two other people I know have the same problems one of whom has  never gotten his money back. This was nothing but a huge disappointment which I ended up funding  his business over the winter because he is s incapable  of running it.. Never  ever give a contractor any money upfront. Don't fall victim to the scam like I did..

It's out of my hands now, just remember if you give a contractor money upfront and they don't perform or do  one thing they say they're going to do , the state agency that regulates them and investigates these matters is called the SCLLR...Once they receive complaints, they will stop the fraud ...

My company was unable to perform due to a two month illness I have struggled with which resulted in surgery. I do symapathize with the frustration they experienced due to my illness and I have fully refunded this customer a full refund of their 8000.00 dollar deposit.

My company was unable to perform due to a three month illness I have struggled with which resulted in a surgery. I am howver in the process of fully refunding the customer and have already paid them back half of the deposit. I am sympathetic to to the frustration they experienced due to my illness. I am however consideing taking out a civil law suit for slander and defamation of character against the client for all of the false allogations they have made about me and my company  on this"sleezy" website.

   Our company was unable to perform the work that we were hired to do on this job and two others because of a two month illness I have been struggling with that has greatly effected many aspects of my company and my personal ability to perform any work in a timely professional manner. My illness had a negative impact on our cash flow temporarily but we are working through this issue. I have refunded the customer fifty percent of their deposit at this time and intend on fully repaying them as soon as possible. There are many challanges associated with owning a business and what's most important is how you resolve issues such as these. I am however shocked that this website would print some of these false allogations that have been made about me. I have been involved in the construction industry for over twenty years and have worked for two of the largest roofing supply distributers in the country. Our company has been in business in Mt. Pleasant for five years and have successfully completed over two hundred roofing projects to date and are still going strong. I am very thankful for all the positive references we continue to receive and look forward to continuing to provide the people of our community with good customer service through honesty and integrity.
