Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Well, you know what they say...If it's not on paper it doesn't mean a thing! I asked for the advertised 1yr. no payments/no interst plan. I signed proposal stating otherwise, verbally I was told "don't worry about that fine print, we're going with different financing that's just a standard clause" !!SUCKER!!

HAA!!! Joke was on me, no such animal! And you only get 6 months.

But we'll meet you halfway and credit you the interest for the addtional 6 months because we're nice guys...

!!fool me twice shame on me!!

If you do business with these guys trust nothing, but whats on paper, I spoke with the owner and he mislead me also...

So beware, and go with Sears you more options by going to a higher authority.

We acknowledge receipt of a complaint against our business practices submitted to your website January 16, 2005 by Mr. Paul Ochoa. After investigation into this incident you brought to our attention, it has been determined our company has not has not been misleading to any of our customers. The advertised 1 yr. no payments/no interest plan was not an Atlas-Trillo Heating and Air Conditioning ad. We do have financing available through Citi-financial which does offer twelve month financing with monthly payments in which Mr. Ochoa opted not to go with; instead he chose to go with the six month no interest/no monthly payments program. The contract for work which was signed and dated by Paul Ochoa on October 21st 2004, clearly states that payment is due upon start up of equipment. The installation was complete November 4th 2004 and payment should have been made at that time. I also have dated 10/21/04 financing forms which include the application for credit & the customers right to cancel notice both having been signed by Mr Paul Ochoa. After completing the contracted work Paul signed the certificate of completion which is required before financing funds are released. If the Ochoas' records differ from ours and still wish to dispute any charges, we ask to be provided any documentation that supports their case. Upon receipt of said documentation, we will review to determine if any discrepancies that may have been overlooked on our part. Since I have not received a call or any correspondences from Mr. Ochoa other than complaints he has made to outside sources I assume that our records concur with his and so he is going into this battle un-armed.
