Complaint Review: atlascustomcycle - Internet

 This guy sells a part to more then one customer then refuses to give refunds. Once you call the dogs out on him he then plays games with refunds dragging it out. Beware he has opened a new ebay store atlas motorcycle parts in Arizona. Stay away from anything atlas cycle/mortorcycle related, he knows how to play the game. His new account already has a negative feedback on ebay with only 4 feedbacks. 1 out 4 is bad for negative feedback. I been buying and selling online for years this guy is the worst. Reputable sellers concern themselves with keeping customers happy, this guy only concerns himself with himself. Stay away.

This John Donfrancesco of Atlascustomcycle is a liar and a robber,

I bought to him a Harley Davidson motorcycle on ebay and he makes so and so that he obliged first not to go through ebay, second to pay by Paypal but not saying it was to pay a motorcycle to avoid costs for him....so now I paid 6000$ and still waiting for my bike.

He tells me that it will take some time for the bike to be perfect, but never the bike had to be repaired !!!

So he is trying not to send the bike, I don't know today if the bike exists. So I am beginning an  international complaint with american people to oblige him to refund the money with all costs. It is not so difficult from here, you can contact directly the attorney general office.

BEWARE of him he is a bad person !!!!!!

If you must know, I was told by ebay that I have given out too many negatives and they removed about 5 of them.  They were all merited by the scum that inhabitates ebay like yourself who feed off of ripping others off.  Unbeknownst to me, ebay has a policy about leaving a high ratio of negs.  I still leave them though.  I make it a point to expose crooks just like you.  It appears that I have the right to do this, so I do.

As for paypal he is full of BS as they told me to ship back at MY expense and it would have costed me a fortune so he offered me a partial refund out of guilt. 

All this STILL doesnt justify that you have no right to go into peoples ebay, do multiple  BUY IT NOWs, just to hold FEEDBACK over their heads.  Check my feedback out and you will all see that his negs in fgact did get removed for doing this, and then he was reprimanded.  What a lowlife, with all the qualities of a lowlife to get by. I hope you feel sick when you look into the mirror everyday.  I must give you a pat on the back for taking the time to do whatever you could to try to turn this onto me but you are a failure.  My ebay account is 100% positive and yours is full of negs.  Bottom line...You are not only a good thief but a good liar also. Have fun with that!

Anyone dealing with the author of the untrue complaint above against me, BEWARE of HIM! It is NOT John Donfrancesco or Atlas Custom Cycle who is a scammer as falsely posted here, but it is the author of these lies Paul Freitag whom needs to be scrutinized for this misdeed he has committed by posting these comments about me and my legitimate business.

The author of this illegitimate complaint is Paul Freitag. Paul has a website: http://www.sizzlers-shop.com/. His also has an eBay account, user name: sizzlers-shop. Apparently, he makes a living selling childrens toys. I now see he attempts to make extra income by threatening people to give him money not owed to him.
 
I have been selling honorably on eBay since 1998 and have over 1500 sales, with many of these being repeat customers! I sell mostly Harley-Davidson motorcycle parts and that includes several front ends similar to the one Paul Frietag bought from me. All the items I sell are 100% money-back guarantee. In fact in Pauls case, I went beyond my normal guarantee and offered to ship his item for a NO OBLIGATION, up close-up, personal inspection before we closed our deal. I offered FREE RETURN service from his front door if he were unhappy for ANY reason whatsoever. This in of itself should have satisfied Paul's so-called issues if he were truly an honest person.

However, Paul Frietag refused to return the item which he claims he is so unhappy with. Instead, he uses his so-called unhappiness to try and hit me up for money. These attempts proved to only be the beginning of Paul Freitag's fury. He started emailing me 4-5 times a day with insulting comments about my eBay business and of me personally and he demanded that I
send him money or that all hell will rain down on you John (his exact words).


I refused to fall for his extortion attempt and continually pleaded with him to him just return the item as we agreed. He didnt like this so he not only upped the ransom amount, but he upped the intensity and frequency of scathing blogs and false postings on scam alert websites such as this one. The only reason he initiated this smear campaign against me all over the internet is because he is pissed that hes crossed paths with someone too smart to fall for his plan. I care very little about the insulting comments he is posting because the TRUTH ALWAYS wins in the end. When you realize that these are all lies, you will see that Paul Frietag unwittingly fell victim to his own scam.

In the eBay ad for this item (as with most ALL my eBay ads) I posted 16 high resolution photos. When clicked on, these photos become super-sized to almost full screen size...easily showing condition from all angles. I told Paul in several emails that the item had some issues with its condition, but he ignored all that so he could attempt to carry out his plan to attempt an extortion of $350 from me, rather than just returning the item! Yes, thats right... it makes NO reasonable sense. He is very unhappy with the item but refuses to return it?? 

Anyone who has ever bought off eBay and paid with PayPal knows that your item is covered under PayPal's 'Buyer Protection' policy. This means that PayPal will refund your money in full if you feel your item is 'no as described. This redundant money-back offer from PayPal wasnt even needed because I already had offered Paul Freitag a refund on my own, even without PayPal's involvement. This alone tells you that there is no possible way Paul Freitag can legitimately claim that he was screwed by me.

As a post-script to this reply, if you look at my feedback, you will see that Pauls scathing negative feedback comment no longer exists. eBay pulled it down...sorry Paul. I contacted eBays fraud department and told them the TRUE story of how Paul works, and it was eBay who determined that Pauls complaint and his associated negative feedback were all illegitimate, unfair and UNTRUE! eBay thanked me for informing them of Paul Freitags method of operation and told me that they would further their investigation for possible eBay rule infractions including scamming and fraud.

So Paul, my good name has been cleared and restored by eBay...what about yours? Sorry dude, but...YOU ARE SO BUSTED!

After trying to install the forks, I noticed that one of the handlebar risers was  mismatched and was a peice together botched job.  I had to order a new set.  Also, the axle supports were bent, and the bearing load adjuster was missing.  He SKAROOOOD Me!

I reported this clown to ebay and paypal.  I made a claim against him for seriously ripping me off.  To make matters worse, He immediately goes into my buy it now auctions and buys 2 items.  He says he needed them but he is a liar.  We all know why he did this.  It was for feedback revenge.  Ebay looked into it and they told me they took action against his account. If he leaves negative he will get suspended.  I sent 2 cancellations, he finally got around to cancelling them but only after ebay got on his back and told him to. 

He was forced by ebay and paypal after I send about 20 pictures of the item he ripped me off with to refund me 350$.  Im still waiting for it. 

He also has 2 feedbacks over my head and this now changes the ergonomics of our dispute resolution.  As a result of him sending me crap to begin with, I feel everyone should be aware of it. 

Removing the feedback comment I left would have been an option before he tampered with my auctions and harassed the heck out of me, but now its not.  Worst thing, he calls himself a Christian.  God said there ill be false prophets.
