I own a small business in the exact same town and use Atlas Door Repair constantly. I would never choose another company. I am always amazed when a customer or client of a company puts worth untrue details to try to discourage others from using a business. From the first time that Atlas came to my business, right up until December of last year, I have never gotten anything but the best in service and price. I have been using them for over five years. I cannot even conceive of Atlas Door Repair doing what the previous reviewer put forward.

Atlas Door repair.com remains committed to providing quality service to its customers. Our accounting department has researched the claims and accusations intensely and have determined that this report is fictitious and filed fraudulently and surreptitiously as a cyber attack on Atlas door repairs.coms SEO ranking with no basis of an actual customer transaction nor record of any complaint or request for a call back.
In addition, If the customer had actually existed in a scenario as described in the report he or she would simply be entitled to a refund for services under our customer satisfaction policies.

I am always a little skeptical of anonymous complaints about anything especially my company. My first reaction in beginning to read this is how can I help this person. After reading some more, theres just a little too much
fabrication in the storyline for me to believe this actually even happened. I even scanned our jobs in the state of Florida looking for this job and found no record of any thing that is remotely close to this description. I can only assume at this point , if this were real what the author is doing is a horrible job of describing what would be called troubleshooting in the "sometimes you have to work on it to figure it out part of the description. The author goes on to talk about
a the door motor install. As if we were there already on a previous trip and are returning to install a motor,whic theres no mention of. This report is absolutely crazy,makes no sense whatsoever and anyone who has used our services in the last 25 years know we value our reputation and always warranty our work for at least 30 days.If you were our customer & genuinely dissatisfied with our service you could have just called the office and speak directly to me.
